SUMMARY

P Arrival to Nairobi. Transfer to Masai Mara and arrival to Enkewa Camp R that is located at South East of Masai Mara, close to Sand River, and the I natural corridor of the great migration that Serengeti border, in the comes from Serengeti.C E We will have time to unpack, relax and get ready to our first safari. P Wake up in the heart E of Kenya. It’s 5:30 and we have the whole day ahead to experience the most beautiful face of the wild. After a delicious R breakfast at the camp, we will get ready our photographic equipment for P exciting experience on Earth: THE GREAT witness one of the most E MIGRATION. There will be days thatRwe will take picnic lunch with us and it will be served in the bush, so Swe will spend a full day game drive. Our trackers know perfectly the area and they will take us to the best O places where is all the Naction. This vicinity is the home S of four lion families, so we might often hear them roaring in the night from our lodge. This is a very special H experience. And we will also be observing and photographing them A during the day. R I We will take time to experience a Masai Market and a village. One of the highlights of our trip isNthe HOT AIR BALLOON flight. With a view over G the river and the savanna at sunrise that will take your breath away. The photographic opportunities are very special and unique up there. We will explore the Masai Mara reserve waiting for the epic river crossing, thousands of wildebeest and zebras will cross, and they will be followed by all sort of predators, like lions, vultures, hyenas. Also, there will be time to visit the extraordinary Sand River Waterfall. Enkewa is the best ecosystem sector for watching the big 5, outside the busy areas. We will travel on state of the art 4x4 vehicles designed for photography, with a guide and a trucker, at least twice a day, one for sunrise and the other one till sunset, these are the best moments of light for taking pictures and also when many animals are more active. This is a photographic safari, designed to all levels, but also nature and animal lovers are welcome. Unforgettable.

ITINERARY

Day 1. Nairobi / RN Masai Mara Arrival into Nairobi, and be collected and transfer to Wilson airport to get a domestic flight to Keekorok in Masai Mara. Here will be waiting for us the guide and the trucker form Enkewa Camp so we can start in our first game drive into the Reserve. After lunch we will drive towards the extremely beautiful area in the border with Serengeti NP, in the heart of the great migration corridor, we will go on photo safari and will enjoy our first sunset by the Tanzania border. Dinner at the Camp site.

Dia 2. RN Masai Mara We will go out with the first light to go on safari th whole day in the Masai Mara Natural Reserve. Full breakfast in the savanna, and picnic lunch by the Mara River. We will follow the migration and will try to spot the famous Mara crossing by thousands of wildebeest and zebras. We will be back at the camp site about 5 p.m. Dinner and night in Enkewa Camp.

Day 3. RN Masai Mara Game drive at sunrise in the remote area of Kisinja, looking for leopards and possibly be witness of any hunting scene. Breakfast in the savanna and back to the campsite for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Sand River waterfalls, where it’s allow to fish or to swim. Dinner and night at Enkewa Camp.

Day 4. RN Masai Mara Wake up early today to be ready at 4:30 to go on hot air balloon safari over the great migration! After landing we will have a delicious breakfast in the savanna. Game drive in the way back to the camp. Lunch time, and visit to a traditional Masai village to know their life style and culture.

Days 5/6 RN Masai Mara Full days game drive National reserve Masai Mara, where we will follow the great migration. We will go on safari before sunrise with breakfast and picnic for lunch. We might go walking with Masai warriors and visit the Macari forest. Back for dinner and rest at the camp.

Day 7. RN Masai Mara At sunrise we will go on safari to explore the Masai Mara reserve, after breakfast we will might visit the local Masai market where they auction cattle, and we will have the opportunity to by fabrics or beads.

Day 8. RN Masai Mara-Nairobi Time for our last game drive. We will go on safari to keep in our hearts the African light, to not say goodbye but see you soon. After breakfast we leave to the airport to go back to Wilson, and then to the international airport in Nairobi.
