$100 Bartender Fee Applied to All Requested Bar Services

P O L I C I E S

Deposit A $500 deposit is required to secure your event at our facility. Wedding packages require a 25% deposit to reserve the lodge and another 25% six weeks prior to event.

Billing All rates listed exclude tax and gratuities, and will be added to your final bill. There is an 18% gratuity to all food and bar services. A $5 per day housekeeping gratuity per room occupied. A 6% sales tax and 3% hotel tax is also added. Final payment for services is required at the conclusion of event. We accept all major credit cards and cash for payment. Sorry, no checks.

Cance l lat ion Should your event be cancelled for any reason, all deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations taking place less than four weeks prior to event will result in a 100% payment of services based on reservation of attendance.

Re s ponsibility Gateway Lodge will not be responsible for articles brought onto the premises which are lost or damaged. Gateway Lodge is not responsible for failure to perform due to weather, fire, or utility failure. As a public facility, Gateway Lodge cannot guarantee complete privacy or allow parties to disrupt or disturb the activities of other visitors. You will be responsible for any damages of properties by your guests. Gateway Lodge is a non-smoking and pet-free facility. Outside liquor is not permitted inside the Main Lodge and is a violation of our liquor license. Any violation of these policies is a breach of contract and will result in first a warning, then $100 fine per offense.
