We offer your bridal party and guests a charming, comfortable but unique experience in the midst of romantic gardens and thriving vineyards on a historic Missouri property. LOCATION Edg-Clif Farms & Vineyard is so accessible. It’s only a 90-minute drive from downtown St. Louis or the Airport, and 2 miles from the popular Trout Lodge Resort and Conference Center. We are just 8 miles from Potosi, Missouri in the heart of the Ozark Mountain wine region. Edg-Clif is easily reached from St. Louis, St. Charles, Hillsboro, Festus, Columbia, Rolla, and Farmington. FACILITIES Edg-Clif has hosted spring, summer and fall weddings in several different sites on the farm, which can be customized to suit your own vision. The newly expanded Wedding Pavilion surrounded by vineyards and gardens offers a cozy setting for groups of 100 in front of the stone fireplace. Along side the old Granary Barn is the Wedding Green looking over the white fence towards the rolling hills of trees. It comes complete with stanchions, flagpole or market umbrella for a classic garden wedding. The Wedding Garden, surrounded by vistas of the vineyards, sky and fields, can accommodate 250-seated guests, and offers a dramatic bridal entrance any woman would love. The Wedding Field is a lawn area large enough for a 60’x120’ event tent, perfect for larger parties. Edg-Clif is proud of its ”Bride’s House”, a private stone cottage for the bride and bridesmaids before the ceremony. Primp, party and photograph to your heart’s content right up to the moment when you depart to walk down the aisle! Edg-Clif’s original farm office building has been converted into a hospitality area with 5 individual bathrooms so all your guests will be comfortable throughout the event. Parking on the property for 100+ cars is conveniently located near the various ceremony sites and our golf cart shuttle will aid guests with physical needs. WEDDING SERVICES Wedding Ceremony venue fees start at $800 for an open-air wedding site including wedding pergola or garden arbor. Our new wedding packages make planning your wedding reception easy but still give you the flexibility to choose your own caterer, decorations and party theme. A deposit of $400 is required to hold your date for a ceremony and $1000 to book both your ceremony and reception once availability is confirmed. Edg-Clif’s experienced staff prides itself in helping you create the wedding you want, on the budget you can afford.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT RENTALS and DECORATION A full list of equipment rentals is available from preferred vendors familiar with Edg-Clif. To complete your decorations, we have a selection of Paper lanterns; rustic table numbers, candle or votive holders and tree bark vases available. UNIQUE SPECIALTIES • Resident Officiate to perform non-denominational ceremony. • Exclusive access to Hazel-Marie LLC imported bridal party gifts including Pashmina scarves, pearl earrings and other jewelry. • Personalized gifts for your guests may be ordered from our vendors. • Fireworks displays and/or cannon salutes can be arranged. • Custom transportation options available. WEDDING PACKAGES Wedding Ceremony - $800 Package Includes; • Wedding Ceremony site with Arbor/Pergola and stanchions to form the aisle. • 100 white folding chairs for guest seating, additional chairs available in increments of 25 for $25 • Antique Table for guest book and programs • On-site Wedding Rehearsal on Friday evening (other night by special request) • Access to wedding site for decorating day of the event • Bride and bridesmaids dressing rooms in Brides House Stone Cottage • Groom and groomsmen dressing area in Hospitality and Restroom Building • Pre-Ceremony bottle of wine and wine glasses for bride and her bridesmaids • Pre-Ceremony bucket of beer on ice for the groom and his groomsmen • Access to the Vineyard and Venue site for wedding photos before/after Ceremony. All wedding ceremonies booked without a reception package must start by 5:00pm. Reception for 100 people $3200 • Wedding Pavilion, covered 30’ x 60’ space with full electric and lights • Dance floor area with electric hook-up for musical entertainment • Adjacent Hospitality Building with 5 newly remodeled restrooms and handicap facility • Bar set-up including bartenders, cups, sodas, water, ice • 3-hour wine, beer and soda bar (includes domestic non-craft beer of your choice) • 13 rectangular tables and 100 chairs • 2 Antique Tables for cake and gifts • 13 White Table Clothes and 100 white napkins • Table decorations include votive holders, ball jar flower vases and wine glasses • Covered, lighted catering/buffet area • Fireplace and fire-pits for wood burning fires on cool nights All receptions must start after 6pm. Sales tax and gratuity of 18% will be added to final invoice. FOOD & BEVERAGE OPTIONS Edg-Clif is a flexible venue – we are happy to let you chose among many options for entertaining your guests. We can suggest several excellent catering companies who handle hors d’oeuvres, buffet dinner or full sit-down banquet, or assist you with other arrangements. All wedding reception packages include wine, beer and soda bar services for 3 hours for your guests. Under Missouri Law, outside (non-catered) beverages cannot be brought into the vineyard or event sites, and will be confiscated, nor is underage drinking allowed.
