In case of cancellation of the event there will be a penalty on the following terms: The deposit is non refundable. Cancellation between 120 days and 60 days prior event: 50% of the total amount contracted. Cancellation within 59 and 8 days prior event: 80% of the total amount contracted. Cancellation within 7 and the day of the event: 100% of the total amount contracted.
