Willkommen im Biergarten! We are delighted to welcome you to Biergarten, Tivoli where the food is Austrian and the beers are large, cold and on tap. Enjoy a view of the Roller Coaster’s alpine peaks, delicious food prepared on an open grill, and the authentic after-ski or summer in Tyrol atmosphere with beer poured by a pretty Heidi or a lederhosen-clad Hansi. You can also visit our two new outlets, Alpehytten (the Alpine Hut) and Jagthytten (the Hunting Lodge). Alpehytten provides the authentic Austrian after-ski feel, with beer on tap and light dishes and snacks served on long, solid tables, while Jagthytten, in a more intimate setting, offers an exclusive hunting atmosphere with comfortable leather chairs and a fire in the grate. Both Alpehytten and Jagthytten are open throughout the year and are accessed from Bernstorffsgade.

GETRÄNKE EDELWEISS VOM FASS / EDELWEISS ON TAP Wheat beer is a specialist beer generally aimed at beer connoisseurs who want a little more or something different from the usual pilsner beer. As wheat beer is top-fermented, it is fruitier and particularly fresh due to the higher content of carbon dioxide. It therefore appeals especially to the quality-conscious beer drinker who wants something a little different.
Edelweiss Snowfresh The use of special yeast cultures gives Edelweiss its fruity, sharp and aromatic taste, which is different from other wheat beers. It is fresh and bubbly, with a hint of honey to finish. The typical, naturally rich colour is due to the extra yeast, which takes a little longer to settle in the bottle or glass. Edelweiss Hefetrüb Edelweiss Hefetrüb is a truly traditional Weissbier with a golden, unfiltered colour. This refreshing, effervescent wheat beer is characterised by a fruity taste with a gentle hint of banana. A very easily drinkable wheat beer. Alcohol percentage: 5.3% vol.

Colonel Porter worked to develop a beer with a unique taste that combined the richness of an ale with a taste that was easily accessible to everyone. The end result was a soft, creamy ale with a hint of caramel and a slight nutty aftertaste – an original, mature ‘brown ale’. Newcastle Brown Ale is a golden brown ale with a rich taste, lots of body and a fresh, slightly sweet finish, combining to produce a sublime taste experience.
