A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per guest is requested within 14 days of booking to guarantee it. For Christmas Day the deposit is £40.00 per adult and £20.00 per child, our New Year’s Eve Ball the deposit is £40.00 per person.

Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days before the deposit is required. Due to the level of enquiries we handle, deposits not paid within this timescale will result in the booking being removed from the system without notice. Bookings made via promotional offers will require deposits to be paid as specified on promotional literature.

Final balances are required to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event date. Bookings taken after 1st November 2018 will require full payment upon booking. Failure to do so will be deemed to constitute your cancellation of the booking without prior notification to or from the hotel and will terminate the contract with you. Any changes to your booking or cancellations must be in writing.

All monies paid are non-refundable and nontransferable and must be paid in one amount as multiple payments cannot be accepted.

Prices include service and VAT at the current rate. In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible or unreasonably burdensome for the hotel to provide the function, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the event. In which case, the hotel shall inform you as soon as possible and refund you all monies paid. The hotel reserves the right to change the Function Room and/or date as operationally necessary and in which case the hotel shall inform you as soon as possible.

20. Guests behaving in a disorderly, drunken, aggressive or inappropriate manner towards any of our staff or other guests or not adhering to the terms and conditions as above will be asked to leave the premises. This may result in the entire group being refused service with no right to refund.

24. If cancelled and only the deposit has been paid, you may be liable for full, final balance. 25. Should you fail to pay the balance on time, we reserve the right to release booking and keep deposits paid.

15. Beverage pre-orders must be received with full payment. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Requests after these times cannot be taken.

16. We promote Challenge 25. Guests who look under the age of 25 will be asked to provide identification for service.

17. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. It is also an offence for someone over the age of 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18 (with exception in clause 18).

18. A 16 or 17 year old is permitted to responsibly drink beer, wine or cider with a table meal, provided that an adult (over 18) purchases the drink. An adult must accompany the 16 or 17 year olds at the table meal.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10 per guest for Festive Lunch, Party Dinner & Festive Afternoon Tea bookings and £25 per guest for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve is required within 7 days of booking to guarantee reservation. Due to the level of enquiries we handle, deposits not paid within this timescale will result in the booking being removed from the system without notice. Bookings made via promotional offers will require deposits to be paid as specified on promotional literature. Full payment for Christmas Festive Lunch, Christmas Dinner Party menu, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve is due no later than 4 weeks prior to your event.

Bookings taken after the 1st November 2018 require full pre-payment at the time of booking.

Any changes to your booking or cancellations must be in writing.

All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Prices include VAT at the current rate.

All menus may be subject to change without notice.

Christmas menus are available for groups of 4 or more guests and require pre-booking and pre-ordering.

Private Garden Room and Ski Chalet bookings will be arranged by your event co-ordinator. Please refer to your contract for details.

10. Private Christmas bookings in the Garden Room not having the Ski Lodge menu will require a preorder to be advised no later than 4 weeks prior to your event. 11. Any guests dining in Marco’s and joining the Great Room Joiner Parties are advised that seating is not reserved for them in the function suites however they are welcome to use the bar, Great Room lounge areas and join in the dancing. Subject to availability and room capacities and is not available when a private function is taking place in the Great Room. 12. Some foods may contain nuts and gluten. Allergen information available on request. 13. Please advise the team of any dietary requirements ahead of your visit and no later than 4 weeks in advance of your booking. 14. Joiner tables and seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed. 15. A 10% discretionary service charge will be added on the day for your total bill.
