A HIGHLY QUALIFIED STAFF

The home made ECOCERAM recipe of clays guaranty a low porosity (below 3%).

All our operators are highly qualified.

This, in turn, grants an excellent resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks, as well as an even temperature spread within each product.

Each product is checked by hand and follows a strict quality control process.

GLAZING

FIRING

All components of our glazes are natural and match the norms of food compatibility.

APPOLIA products are fired ONCE only at 1130° C.

Our glazes are known for their shine and high resistance to scratches, cracks and all damages.

This is made possible only with a specific, very high quality of clays.

They make cleaning easy.

Our firing process guaranties also a low reject of burned gaz into the atmosphere.

“Eco-ceram” eco ceram C E R A M I C C L AY R E C I P E ECO-CERAM APPOLIA’ s own recipe of clays, feldspath, silica and kaolin, is made of natural raw material which have been sorted carefully, and that meets all safety food standards. Hence the specific quality of the paste: low porosity (below 3%) and a high mechanical and thermal (250°C) resistance.

The enamels we choose are carefully selected and meet all food safety standards.

Its white color allows APPOLIA to apply a large pallet of glazes.

Natural minerals are mixed with powdered crushed glass, following our own recipe. The Delices collection offers a scalloped design with large handles.

All APPOLIA products are made of our own selection of raw material. They follow our own manufacturing process and are glazed with our own choice of enamels and do not require any specific treatment before use.

High walls are perfect against grease projection. Soft,rounded angles and great glazes mean easy cleaning.
