About Toby Cartwright is an Independent Chef working in London Toby Started His career under the tutorship of 2 Michelin Star Chef John Campbell at his eponymous restaurant at the 5 star hotel Coworth park. During this time Toby Learnt just what it takes to produce food at the highest level After this Toby spent time working for some of the most exciting cutting edge chefs in London at various pop ups working his way up to Ben Spalding`s number 2 at his creative events company ‘Creative Belly’ Since leaving ‘Creative Belly` Toby has gone it alone and now takes residency at various spaces around London to create `pop-up` style events. As well as this Toby specialises in Private Dining. Tobys food reflects the eclectic and diverse nature of his surroundings; Modern London, so naturally is quite hard to define. Tobys cooking does however have a wild emphasis and he can often be found foraging for wild ingredients around the outskirts of south west London.

Private Dining We offer high end, bespoke private dining, Every event is Tailored to the clients exact needs but the service includes a custom made menu, table service, bread, butter, canapés & petit fours Menus start at £27.50 per head up till over £75 per head but there is a minimum spend of £300 The standard of cooking and service we provide is always the same regardless of price (as high as we can possibly provide) the price fluctuation just covers the cost of extra courses and higher end ingredients etc.. We can also assist in finding a venue or event if needed

Canapé Receptions We are proud to offer a range of creative and delicious canapés which are sure to impress you and your guests. Once again we will tailor our service to your exact needs but there is a minimum spend of £300 including service, as a very rough guide that would buy you 125 pieces.
