Over the years Lightcraft has supplied to numerous projects from a retrofit lamp supply to a retail consumer to major installations like the Burj Khalifa Tower (The Tallest Tower in the World). Terminal 1 - Dubai Int’l Airport Project: Terminal 1 – Dubai International Airport Client: Dubai Star Crystal

Dubai Airport is the largest of the Middle Eastern Airports. The airport has 3 terminals and Terminal 1 is classified as main terminal. Most major airlines use this terminal.

Stage: Completed Lightcraft has supplied all the LED downlights in the terminal from Endo Lighting Japan.

Burj Khalifa Dubai Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world. The skyscraper is a world class destination and the magnificent centerpiece of Downtown Dubai. The World’s Tallest building is surrounded by Hotels , shopping destinations and a world of entertainment. Lightcraft had the opportunity to work with various contractors in the Project and supply all linear kitchen fixtures from Sylvania for all the residential apartments in the building, mirror lighting from Nippo Japan for the Armani Hotel , the Drive way lighting from Swarco – USA and the complete lighting for the office of the Chairman of Emmar

The Address Dubai Mall

Project: Address Hotel Dubai Mall Client: Fino International Stage: Completed

The Address Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai is a statement in style. Elegant and chic Hotel. Located at the heart of trendy Downtown Dubai, overlooking the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, and attached to the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping and entertainment destinations in the world. Lightcraft supplied the complete lighting for all the Restaurants – NA3NA3, Karat, CABANA , Ember in the Hotel in co-ordination with DP Architects of Singapore. It involved a lot of RGB Lighting with DMX controls and Custom Made fixtures.

Fitness First Gyms Project: Fitness First Gyms Client: Fitness First Stage: Completed

Fitness First Middle East is a franchise owned and operated under license by Landmark Group, a leading retail organization in the Middle East and India. They have over 70,000 members in 58 clubs in 45 locations across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Kuwait. They offer world class facilities including; best in class equipment, dedicated free weights areas internationally accredited fitness professionals, free group exercise classes and multiple membership privileges. Fitness First started small, as a single health and fitness club in Bournemouth in 1993. They are now the largest privately owned gym, health and fitness club group in the world with over1 million members in more than 400 Fitness First clubs.

Lightcraft were involved with the Fitness First Team from the Design stage when they decided to switch to Green Energy Lighting systems from the Conventional fixtures that they had been using , Design inputs and Lux calculations and efficiency vs cost calculations were prepared by Lightcraft in coordination with our Principles Luxitron LED Architectural Lighting. Total 18 Clubs so far have been supplied in the Middle East with LED Lighting fixtures. All LED Panels, strips, spotlights, down lights are from Luxitron LED Architectural Lighting.

Al Ain Rotana Chalet - Al Ain

Project: Al Ain Rotana Client: Al Faraa Interiors Stage: Completed

Al Ain Rotana, situated in the heart of Al Ain and few minutes away from the famed sites of the city, This renowned 5 star property is conveniently located near the commercial hub of Al Ain and is 25 minutes drive from the Al Ain International Airport, 120km from Dubai International Airport and 160km from Abu Dhabi International Airport.  It has 246 elegant suites, rooms, poolside chalets and villas. Lightcraft supplied the complete Decorative, Architectural, Landscape and Swimming Pool Lighting for the Chalets which involved many international brands from Europe and custom made decorative lighting from Sislee Lighting.

Park Regis Hotel Project: Park Regis Kris Client: JC Maclean Stage: Completed

Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai is a 360 Room 4 Star Hotel in the Heart of Bur Dubai, U.A.E. A brand of the Staywell Hospitality Group. Lightcraft supplied and commissioned all the Light Fixtures for the Public Areas which included the Lift Lobbies, Banquet Halls, the Wine Bar – The Kris Restaurant, Le Metro – International all day dining restaurant, Marhaba – Coffee Shop.

Crown Plaza Hotel Dubai Project: Crown Plaza Hotel Dubai Festival City Client: Al Futtaim Carillion Stage: Completed

Crown Plaza Dubai Festival City is within the Dubai Festival City Complex and the Pristine Al Badia Golf Course designed by renowned Golf Architect Robert Trent Jones II Lightcraft have worked with the Contractors of the Project Al Futtaim Carillion and supplied the Lights in all the Rooms and some of the Public Areas – Spotlights, Reading Lights, Table lamps & Furniture Lighting and various Back of house areas, Spa and outdoor . The Project was designed by PLD of Singapore.

Water’s Edge Dubai Water’s Edge, in the Burj Area, is a mixed-use luxury serviced apartment tower, ideally located for those who enjoy being in the middle of the action in the Burj Area.

Al Hamra Palace Beach Resort, located on the pristine shores of the Arabian Gulf. Lightcraft were involved in the supply and lighting calculation of the LED street lighting for all the street lighting in the Project.

Credence High School Project: Credence School - High Mast Client: Credence School Stage: Completed

Credence High School is situated off Shaikh Zayed Road, behind Al Khail Mall, with a sprawling campus, spacious enough to provide and fulfill all the facilities that every child requires. Academic facilities include a library, lab, music and dance hall as well as a multi-purpose hall, which can be used for indoor sports, cultural activities and dining. The outdoor sports activity will include a football field, track, basketball, volleyball, cricket nets & swimming pool. Lightcraft was chosen by the developers of the school amongst many other suppliers to provide Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of the High mast Lighting System for the Football field, track, basketball, volley ball & Cricket Nets. The scheme was done using 18m High mast Poles and 1000W Metal Halide fixtures to achieve an average of 650 Lux.

Intercontinental Hotel - Dubai Festival City Intercontinental Hotel is a Modern Landmark on Historic Dubai Creek. Project: Intercontinental Hotel - Dubai Festival City Client: Al Futtaim Carillion Stage: Completed

Inspired by a graceful sailboat, the hotel stands tall on Dubai Creek and is ideally located for business close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai World Trade Centre. Exclusive amenities at this DUBAI HOTEL  include the Michelin-starred Reflets par Pierre Gagnaire, a full-service spa and 25 metre outdoor pool.

Lightcraft have worked with the Contractors of the Project Al Futtaim Carillion and supplied the Lights in all the Rooms and some of the Public Areas – Spotlights, Reading Lights, Table lamps & Furniture Lighting and various Back of house areas, Spa and outdoor. Al Yaquob Tower - A new landmark in Dubai is a new skyscraper glitter in the Dubai skies. Designed to be eye-catching, it features a magnificent clock on the tower, marking it a unique attraction on the golden mile of Dubai that is the Sheikh Zayed Road. The Al Yacoub Tower will house an all SUITE HOTEL, restaurants & leisure facilities that including swimming pool, health club, sauna & steam rooms.

London Crown Hotel Dubai

A marvel such as this is bound to attract many visitors. The Al Yacoub tower is flanked by an 8-storyed parking lot, giving ample space and easy access. The Al Yacoub Tower - a landmark destination. Coming soon.

4 Nos Mixed Used Tower

Project: 4 Nos Mixed Used Tower Client: Al Thawarnia Contracting Stage: Completed

4 Nos Mixed Used Tower is development on King Faisal Street Sharjah with 1 Tower used for offices, 2 Towers for Residential and 1 Tower for Hotel. The 2 Floors in the Podium are used as Mall which will have a Carrefour and host of other retail outlets.

We were asked to value Engineer the Façade Lighting Design by another brand and the complete project was awarded to us for supply, installation testing & commissioning which includes a RGB Color changing design with DMX controls.

MKH Tower is a G+25 Storey Residential Tower in Lusail District of Qatar. It is owned by Shk Mohammad Khalid Al Thani and was designed by Syna Consulting. The initial design was done in Conventional lighting systems and was later changed to an LED lighting system during the construction stage.

Lightcraft have supplied all the interior fixtures for this project.
