WINE OR BEVERAGE SERVICE DURING A BANQUET DINNER For service of own wine and /or alcoholic beverages, the corkage fees are as follows: $30.00 per bottle of wine (750 ml) $60.00 per liquor bottle (26 oz.) $ 1.00 per beer bottle Subject to current gratuities and taxes. Service from a Bartender during dinner (OTHER THAN WINE): $40,00/per staff/hour (three hours mninimum) Temporary permit must be bought from the “Régie des Alccools, des Courses et des Jeux du Québec” for own liquor distribution.
