Executive Chef Brian Whitmer welcomes you to the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel and Spa, home of our farm and garden-to-table restaurant VINeleven. Fueled by his on-property organic Heirloom Gardens plus a local network of artisan farmers, Chef Whitmer and his culinary team bring their passions and creativity to bear on all foods prepared out of his kitchen. This translates to the catering and special events experience with restaurant quality food, excellent service, attention to every detail, all perfectly matched to every occasion. Our menus are in tune with the needs of today’s social and conference event attendees, focusing on flexible options, healthier preparations, local and sustainably raised foods, dietary preferences and flavors that wow with freshness.

Our unique location in the world famous Napa Valley affords us the opportunity to deliver a level of wine and food experience for all catered and special events that sets us apart. Through partnerships with local wineries we are able to offer the “Napa Valley Experience” both in our flexible event spaces as well as offsite at the wineries themselves. Chef Whitmer also offers interactive, educational opportunities for event attendees with garden tours, garden-to-table cooking classes, sous vide cooking instruction and hands-on cooking classes in his kitchen. We have over 10,000 square feet of flexible event space inside with an additional 10,000 square feet in our stunning outdoor spaces.
