Ceremony set up onsite. Front lawn beachside or in our lounge. Light horderves after the ceremony…focaccia bread bites, spring rolls, veg & cheese tray, mini quiches Non alcoholic & alcoholic punch Plate served dinner…..soup/ salad / choice of entrée..beef/chicken/fish or vegetarian Dessert with coffee / tea Late night snack with pizzas, fruit, poutine bar With all rooms booked 2 nights & 65+ people for reception, the honeymoon chalet included both nights Use of our white linen, chiviari wedding chairs, any decorations we have & our sound system. House wine with dinner 4 hour domestic bar….you choose the 4 hours. Some do one hour with horderves and three after dinner. Or just punch with horderves and 4 hours after dinner…many different ways we can discuss to make it work best. Domestic bar==domestic beer; bar ‘rail’ liquors…Smirnoff vodka, Bacardi run, Canadian club rye, gilbeys gin served with mix. Coolers…palm bay grapefruit, orange & lime cherry. Smirnoff ice. Onsite help through the entire process!! Owner Andrea & her awesome staff guiding you through. No need for a wedding coordinator.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ANSWERS!!! HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE INN SLEEP?~~~We can sleep up to 75 people using all of the beds & pullouts. The minimum number needed to fill the resort is 50 adult paying people. If you need more accommodation then we have, we have a resort a three minute walk away for overflow (Halimar Resort) and many other places who will work with us….I would make sure all your guests found a bed! HOW MANY GUESTS FOR THE RECEPTION CAN THE INN HOST?~~~Our dining room can seat maximum 120 people. There is room for 20 more in the lounge & 15 on the screened porch. If over 120 people we would rent a large tent set up on the side of our property by the kitchen overlooking the lake, an area we have leveled off for that reason!! Dinner would be served in the tent then everyone move into the dining room/lounge area to party!! With over 120 people we set up two bars for quicker service in the main building. With over 120 in a tent we would need to rent “glamour” porta potties. ((we can discuss depending on numbers the cost for the tent & port a potty rentals.))

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? WHAT KIND OF A DEPOSIT DO YOU NEED?~~~You would pay the balance Sunday after the wedding. There are no surprises. You will know exactly your cost. Payment can be made by cash, ET, debit, MasterCard or Visa. Sorry not by AMEX. Deposits are non refundable. When you decide on a weekend a $750 deposit is needed to start & for me to hold the weekend and the rooms. $3000 total deposit one month prior to the wedding on file. Individual rooms $75 each from the people booking

HOW MUCH ARE KIDS? TEENS? WHAT DO KIDS EAT?~~~Kids 5 and under are $15 taking up a set not eating. Kids 10 and under eating a kids menu choice are $25. Teens & obviously pregnant woman eating an adult choice but no bar are $50. I have found the best kids meal choice to be soup, chicken fingers/fries/veggie sticks and dessert. ((not too messy!)) But this can be different!!! (prices are plus 13% hst and 15% gratuity.

DO WE GET TO TASTE THE FOOD; HOW DO WE PICK THE MENU?~~~You would come for a tasting during dinner hours on a day we work out together for up to 4 people. Over 4 the extras would be $20 each. During the tasting you would decide on the soup, salad, entrees, dessert you want for the wedding dinner. In the invites you would find out which entrée each guest wants…..prior to wedding let us know who has chosen what and where they are sitting….so that we have great efficient service. Also anyone with dietary needs and where they are sitting.

WHEN DO YOU NEED FINAL NUMBERS?~~~At least two weeks prior to your wedding we would need to know the number or adults/children and what food choice they are having. This is ok to change up to 7 days prior to your wedding. Within the 7 days we would have to charge for the number confirmed because we have by then planned, prepped & staffed accordingly.

CAN I CHANGE THE PACKACGE? WE WERE REALLY HOPING FOR A BBQ & CASH BAR?~~~Absolutely. Within reason!! Let me know your thought & I will give you other ideas!!! HOW DOES THE BAR WORK OVER THE 4 HOURS INCLUDED? WHY 4 HOURS?~~~I have found that 4 hours are the busiest bar times & unfair to charge you an inclusive price on everyone longer when not everyone will be here or drink. SO best way to handle the other hours is either by consumption of cash bar to the guest..

WHAT IF I WANT DIFFERENT ALCHOLC THEN DOMESTIC & HOUSE WINE?~~~I have based the package on the domestic items listed & house wine within a certain price range. If you would like different you would pay the cost difference only. If you needed a certain Scotch for a few specific people then we would order that in and charge cost.

CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS? MY OWN CHAIRS & LINENS~~~Yes!! There are not many things I would say no too, unless they would harm the charm or anything at the inn. We would talk about all your ideas and make sure they work. If we do not have what you are looking for you can rent or bring your own.

CAN WE HAVE THE DANCE & PARTY OUTSIDE~~~We can serve the food outside but not have loud music after 10PM as per our lakes noise bylaw.

CAN OUR GUESTS STAYING THERE HAVE THEIR OWN ALCOHOL?~~~Guests cannot have their own drinks in our licensed areas which are the patio by the lake, lounge and dining room.

CAN WE BRING AND DO ALL OUR OWN FOOD & BAR?~~~I am open to discuss this!!
