The Phoenix Parks Foundation offers unforgettable events showcasing some of the City of Phoenix finest locations. The 2016/2017 season includes a Masquerade Ball at Tovrea Castle and a private reception and viewing at Phoenix Zoo Lights (2016) and a breakfast at the Japanese Friendship Gardens and Dinner in the Park (2017).​ ​ hese celebrations will raise awareness of the foundation’s critical mission and inspire community pride T for the Phoenix parks and preserves. Proceeds from the events go directly to providing improvements and programs that benefit the Parks system for the citizens that enjoy them.​ ​ he event sponsorship categories are named on behalf of the core values of the Phoenix Parks Foundation T allowing supporters of the event to understand what their support truly represents.​

2016 Event Sponsorship

Dear Friends:​ We invite you to join the Phoenix Parks Foundation for a year of celebrating t​ he Phoenix parks and preserves and to support the mission of the Phoenix​Parks Foundation in providing important funding that maintains, improves a​ nd enhances important parks programs and services.​​This year includes one of a kind events, giving attendees a unique opportunity to experience our world class parks from a new perspective. ​ ​ asquerade Party, Tovrea Castle will be hosted on October 28, 2016 and will include a private reception and tour, “Haunted” M Halloween stories and Phoenix historical information and dinner stations all within the backdrop of an official Phoenix Point of Pride. Adult reception.​ ​ ocktails in the Park, Phoenix Zoo Lights will be hosted on November 9, 2016 and will be a private, family friendly, pre-season, C exclusive showing of the dazzling light show offered at the Phoenix Zoo. (Zoo Lights is open to the public Nov. 22, 2016). Family friendly.​ ​ reakfast in the Park, Japanese Friendship Gardens will be hosted in March of 2017 and will feature a 3.5 acre Japanese Stroll B Garden. Attendees will enjoy a relaxing breakfast, Japanese inspired music, family photographs and more. Family friendly.​ ​ inner in the Park, Moon Over South Mountain will be hosted in May, 2017 and will feature the South Mountain Environmental D Education Center, South Mountain park, as well as a dinner, silent auction, honoree presentations, wine tasting and night sky viewing atop Dobbins Lookout. Adult reception.​ ​ he Phoenix Parks Foundation was established in 1979 with the vision to assist the City of Phoenix by enhancing and T maintaining an inviting, well-equipped, safe park and preserve system for all to enjoy. The Foundation is a recognized non-profit and tax-exempt organization that depends on contributions to transform land into parks and help rejuvenate existing parks back to their original beauty. Since budgetary restraints limit public agencies, private citizens have joined together within the foundation structure to facilitate a working relationship between the public and private sector that addresses the financial needs of Phoenix parks and preserves, taking them from great to first-rate. ​ I​ t is only through the support of community leaders like you that our organization can continue to​ provide the programs and services critically needed in our community.
