$12000 Sunday, September 25 This opening reception is named for your company and will be promoted in ARMA outreach to attendees before and at the conference. An estimated 800 attendees come together at the conclusion of the first day of education sessions, to wind-down, mingle and network with peers. Location to be determined by ARMA International after a site visit in early Spring 2016. Light snacks with be provided by ARMA International. Attendance is FREE to all ARMA attendees and includes a Cash bar. Sponsor will be acknowledged on all signage, in the printed Conference Guide and online. Have your personnel show up and greet attendees as they make their way to this event and thank attendees for coming. Wear your company logoed shirts to make an impact the sponsor of this event will get 150 drink tickets to pass to attendees at the expo that day or they can pick them up from you at the party – a great way to be face-to-face with attendees.        
