Terms and Conditions 1 All provisional festive bookings must be confirmed within seven days of booking with a valid credit card and a deposit of £15 per person or 10% of the total, whichever is the greatest (£50 per person for Christmas Day Lunch, Hogmanay Dinner, Hogmanay Ball and Hogmanay Packages) is payable with confirmation. 2 Any bookings not confirmed after 7 days will be released without further notification. 3 All balances must be paid in full by Friday 1st November 2013 or at the time of confirmation if the reservation is made after this date. 4 Party night accommodation is the responsibility of the individual guest and must be settled prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing with the hotel in advance. 5 All prices shown are inclusive of vat, but may be subject to changes of rate and any other relevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of the event. 6 All payments received, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
