St. Mary’s Catholic Community strives to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ, “love one another.” Jesus is the heart of our community and Sunday Liturgy is the center of our worship. With Mary as our patroness and model, we open our hearts and community to all. As we journey in faith, we grow through our sacramental life, Christian education, and opportunities for spiritual enrichment. Our vision is expressed in a commitment to peace and justice, respect for all life, appreciation for the unique gifts of every person, and outreach to those in need. Our parish family affirms all members in their search for truth as they meet the challenge of being Catholics in this modern world.

Help me to be mindful of your never ending love and inspire me to show my love for you by responding generously to the needs of others. June 5 ~ Tenth Sunday in Ordinary Time Both the Old Testament reading from 1 Kings and the Gospel speak of restoring to life the sons of widows - beautiful stories of compassion and God’s love. Consider what Saint Paul tells the Galatians in his letter: “… God, who … had set me apart was

pleased to reveal his Son to me, so that I might proclaim him” Through baptism, each of us, has been set apart. The Son is revealed to each of us in His Word and Body and Blood at Mass, and in each other. We are called to proclaim Him too. Perhaps our story isn’t as dramatic as a loved one raised from the dead, but we all have a story of God’s compassion and love. Share your story. Introduce a friend to Jesus; help those whom you know and love get to know and love Him.
