MAIN PRODUCTS MAINTENANCE SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) is a documentation relating to the process of maintenance of railway vehicles ensures compliance with legal requirements. The Documentation (DSU) is prepared on the basis of technical conditions of acceptance of railway vehicles and components containing: • Entity conditions and scope of thier use, • A list of the used definition, if they are not included in the Polish Standards, • list of technical requirements, that shall be verified for ensuring the required level of quality of the product description and evaluation of the results of product test • test card • rules for handling with incompatible with the technical requirements products

MAIN PRODUCTS INTERNAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR RAILWAY COMPANY

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure (Dz.U.2009 Nr 91, poz. 744) Safety management System be based on the internal instructions approved by The Chairman of the National Safety Authority issues. List of reqiurement internal instruction for Infrastructure Manager (IM): • operating the train and maneuvering techniques and signaling, • radio communication for railway, • service of technical stations, • technical regulation, • service railway crossings, • service, operation and maintenance of signaling equipment and rolling stock, • technical conditions for construction and maintenance of railway tracks, switches and engineering facilities, • organization and procedures for the carriage of extraordinary shipments.
