We attach a Salary Circular outlining the rates of pay and allowances for the entire wage increases in accordance with the Victorian Public Health Sector, (Health Professionals, Health and Allied Services, Managers & Administrative Officers) Enterprise Agreement 2011 – 2015. The Agreement provides for the first 2.5% increase effective from the first full pay period on or after 1 January 2012. Also please note a once off Lump Sum Payment will be payable for all full time employees (pro rata for part time employees) following FWA Approval of the Agreement. This lump sum payment is to be taxed at the nominal tax rate. The payment details are as follows: • • •

Health Professionals: $910 per person Health and Allied Employees (except Anaesthetic technicians and theatre technicians): $425 per person For Managers, Administrative Officers, Anaesthetic technicians and theatre technicians - $595 per person
