Treat your guests to a special Christmas celebration like no other with red carpet arrival, welcome drinks, stunning views of the Darwin Harbour, beautiful Christmas themed Waterfront Room, outstanding food and exceptional service. Three great Christmas menu packages are available for $85 per person or include two bottles of sparkling wine on each table for $90 per person. Select from the Christmas Cheer Cocktail Party including beverages, the Deluxe Christmas Buffet or the seated three-course Premium Christmas Dinner, with beverage packages available. Then simply relax and enjoy the sparkling Christmas celebrations. Christmas packages are available as day or evening functions for 60 to 330 guests. A range of inclusions and additional options are also available to ensure that your Christmas celebration is a fun and memorable occasion for everyone.

DELUXE CHRISTMAS BUFFET The Deluxe Christmas Buffet offers a fun and flexible festive selection to suit all tastes and appetites. The Christmas Buffet menu includes shared entrée platters and a selection of breads for each table. This will be followed by a hot buffet with a fabulous array of traditional Christmas and modern Australian dishes and an assortment of fresh salads.
