Cedar Court Christmas Terms and Conditions PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
PRIVATE PARTIES
To make a provisional booking contact dedicated events teams where availability will be checked or book on line and we will respond within 24 hours. Your tentative booking will be held for a maximum of 14 days. During this time a deposit of £10 per person for all festive party events will be required this can be paid in person or over the phone. Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve celebrations will require a deposit of £25 per person.
For private parties minimum numbers apply which will be discussed on enquiry. These minimum numbers will be chargeable, even if your numbers reduce.
All deposits are non–refundable and non-transferable; any lost deposits due to any reduction in numbers are also non-transferable to the final balance or to an additional event. Payments made in full are non-refundable. For bookings where deposits are not received after this period of 14 days – all reservations will be automatically released. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received after this period of 14 days – all unconfirmed reservations will be automatically released. For party nights we can not guarantee number of guests on each table, please ask the team when booking for any specific table requests. Smaller parties may be joined together on tables of 10 to accommodate numbers but this will be advised in advance. If you intend coming into the Hotel to settle your account, please let us know so that we may ensure that a Christmas Co-ordinator is available to see you. For any party bookings taken less than 4 weeks prior to the event, full payment will be required at the time of booking. All payments must be made by the person confirming the booking. FULL PAYMENTS Full payment for all Christmas events are required by Friday 11th November. All payments must be made in full by the required dates and by the person who has confirmed the booking. Part payments will not be accepted. For any booking where payment in full is not received by the above dates, your booking will be released and all pre-paid deposits will be forfeited. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or by cash. Telephone payments are also accepted by debit or credit card. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT but are subject to any government increases prior to the event.

However the management at Cedar Court Hotel will offer their best alternative at their discretion. RIGHTS RESERVED The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises/ equipment by negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or your party. Cedar Court Hotel cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of another party’s property, however caused. MENU PRE–ORDERS Pre-orders will be required for all guests attending festive events. All orders should be submitted to the hotel in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. All drinks pre orders need to be received and paid for in full, no later than 1 week prior to the event.
