Scandic Copenhagen has spectacular views of the lakes and city – and is close to city hall, the famous walking street Strøget and Tivoli, as well as many historical sights. The main train station is just minutes away, while the drive to the airport takes just 15 minutes.

A CREATIVE SETTING Scandic Copenhagen’s interiors create a special, welcoming experience. The furnishings and décor are specially designed to energize meetings and breaks. There are swing chairs in the lobby, huge trees in the reception, and an amphitheatre stairway in the foyer. All work together to create a special atmosphere and venue for meetings, conferences and events.

You will be assigned a personal meeting host who will be at your disposal from start to finish. All meeting and conference rooms are on the same floor as your meeting support team. That is why you can always count on us to be nearby – and not several floors away – when you need prompt assistance. We are flexible, and always strive to anticipate your needs to ensure your meeting or event is truly successful. We will also ask lots of questions before the event begins to ensure that we are 100% ready for an event that is planned down to the smallest detail.

THINK BIG Scandic Copenhagen gives you every opportunity to do things differently. We have thousands of square metres ready to be arranged exactly the way you want. The hotel offers dedicated, modern and flexible conference facilities with more than 1,500 m2 and space for 1,100 people. Depending on your needs and the purpose of the event, rooms can be made big or small. Tables can be set up in any way that works best.

And our huge lobby is the perfect setting for networking, team building or relaxing. All conference rooms are on the same floor. They are located right next to a spacious lobby, which can be used for car showrooms, fashion catwalks or private receptions. You will have room for big creative thoughts in all possible ways – and an inspiring environment just by the city lakes of Copenhagen.

We don’t just have the rooms and surroundings to stage the perfect arrangement. We have the experience, ideas and right connections to help you get it done. You can light rooms with a variety of colours, even, if you wish, your corporate colours. You can set spotlights on the floor to display your corporate logo and to give your guests a special welcome. If you would like inspiration for anything, including team-building, company celebrations or product launches, ask us for advice. We have the space and competence, not to mention locations, which can easily and quickly be tailored to your event.

THE MOST ADVANCED A/V EQUIPMENT All rooms have the latest IT and A/V equipment. We haven’t skimped on anything. Acoustics and lighting are cutting edge. So participants can stay focused on what’s really important: your event. WiFi is, of course, all free, everywhere. If you need a large scale or more elaborate technical production, we’ll collaborate with the best suppliers in the field – or if you prefer, you can bring your own technical staff or suppliers. FOOD FOR EVERY TASTE Scandic Copenhagen understands that high energy levels are essential to great meetings. That’s why we pamper your guests with healthy, delicious food choices at our buffet. Guests have the freedom to choose whatever their heart desires. Everything is cooked from scratch using the best ingredients. If any of your guests are on a special diet for allergies, please let us know how we can accommodate them.

You can enjoy lunch while standing, or sitting at a table if you need to take a longer break in a more relaxing setting. There will be no extra charge.

SLEEP WELL. CHECK OUT ONLINE Guests who spend the night at Scandic Copenhagen will have the pleasure of enjoying Copenhagen’s best view. All 486 of our rooms have been newly renovated with modern interiors and bathrooms. WiFi is free, and there is plenty of space for working. We also have fitness facilities, a convenient parking garage and the possibility to check out online.

WE ARE ECO LABELLED. FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. Sustainability and concern for the environment is part of Scandic Copenhagen’s DNA. It means we save water in our hotel operations. We only serve organic coffee, and replenish our buffet to meet the requirements of our guests – but no more – to avoid wasting food. You won’t find stacks of pens and blocks of paper at meetings either, although there will always be sufficient supplies. Of course, if you ever find you are missing something, let us know. We’ll see to it straight away.
