EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS Please refer to 2017.asht.org to review the rules and regulations intended by ASHT to serve the best interest of the 2017 Annual Meeting, the exhibitors, registrants and to give notice to applicants and exhibitors of governing rules and regulations. All applicants are bound by the rules and regulations.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE

ASHT full exhibitor registration passes do permit entrance into sessions, but they do not allow for CE credit.

Priority for space assignment will be made on a firstcome, first-served basis; taking space configurations under consideration, management reserves the right to make any revisions necessary to the floor plan. ASHT reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor at any time with the understanding that if the exhibitor does not agree with such relocation, the exhibitor cannot participate in the meeting and the payment for exhibitor space will be fully refunded.

All products and services exhibited must be germane to the study and practice of hand therapy management, care and/or education. ASHT retains the sole authority to determine the eligibility of any company and/or its product. ASHT reserves the right to refuse applications of organizations not meeting standard requirements or expectations. ASHT reserves the right to curtail or to close exhibits, wholly or in part, that reflect unfavorably on the character and the purpose of the meeting. This applies to displays, literature, advertising novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc.

TERMS OF PAYMENT Payments should be made payable to ASHT and forwarded to the ASHT office, Attention: Porter Rice, 1120 Route 73, Suite

4. All cancellations must be submitted to ASHT in writing. The date of receipt of supporter’s written notice of cancellation will be considered the official cancellation date. If support is cancelled on or before Friday, June 16, 2017, all monies paid minus the cancellation processing fee will be returned to the supporter. 5. Any company who cancels after Friday, June 16, 2017, will be responsible for the total cost. Absolutely NO refunds for cancellations after Friday, June 16, 2017.

ASHT has selected Vista Convention Services as the official decorator for the 2017 Annual Meeting. Decorator services, furnishings and decorations will be outlined in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBIT APPLICATION TERMS: 1. The undersigned agrees to pay 100% of all fees per the terms of this application made payable to ASHT. 2. There is a cancellation processing fee for exhibitors of $200 per 10 x 10 exhibit. The cancellation processing fee for sponsorship packages is 10% of the total sponsorship fee. 3. Any company requesting to pay later than net 90 days after the receipt of invoice, agrees to pay a deposit in the amount equivalent to the cancellation processing fee.

Sponsorship and Exhibit Application Terms: 1. The undersigned agrees to pay 100% of all fees per the terms of this application made payable to ASHT. 2. There is a cancellation processing fee for exhibitors of $200 per 10 x 10 exhibit. The cancellation processing fee for sponsorship packages is 10% of the total sponsorship fee. 3. Any company requesting to pay later than net 90 days after the receipt of invoice, agrees to pay a deposit in the amount equivalent to the cancellation processing fee. 4. All cancellations must be submitted to ASHT in writing. The date of receipt of supporter’s written notice of cancellation will be considered the official cancellation date. If support is cancelled on or before Friday, June 16, 2017, all monies paid minus the cancellation processing fee will be returned to the supporter. 5. Any company who cancels after Friday, June 16, 2017, will be responsible for the total cost. Absolutely NO refunds for cancellations after Friday, June 16, 2017.
