I. INTRODUCTION We have known at the 1st Indonesia CDMA Exhibition 2005 successfully formed to foster image and brand awareness of CDMA-based information technology to the society; that is integrated from CDMA technology manufacturer, operator, network infrastructure, value added supporting sector such content and application services, terminal & handset manufacturer both local and international and other involved sector. Thus, it is shown that there are big contributions from those involved to the development of telecommunication in Indonesia especially CDMA technology. At the 2nd Indonesia CDMA Exhibition 2006 that is taken place on August 23-27, 2006, at Plenary Hall, JCC, Jakarta, will discuss vision of the development of mobile phone and wireless technology to be enjoyed by everyone as well as the latest development of 3G CDMA technology that is generating the new wireless and telecommunication business. The 3G CDMA is not merely discusses about the high speed and enormous capacity that is integrated with voice & data, but also the significant of fulfilling the needs of people for getting telecommunication availability in remote areas. Aside of geographic dimension which is pointing out the opportunities to develop CDMA technology over archipelago, this exhibition is also focusing on portfolio of solutions from 3G and wireless services and of course be reached to remote areas. Furthermore, it will appear solutions to business strategy and capitalize on new revenue streams from CDMA operator as well as other private industry along with increasing wireless subscribers in Indonesia. This happened is indicated by subscribers growth, coming up with innovative services, and emerging new operator. Thus, the exhibition today is participating to support Indonesian government work-program socializing Universal Service Obligation (USO) program where the government will supply telecommunication infrastructure over the archipelago. As we lift a theme ”LET’S SHARE: CDMA-3G FOR EVERYONE”, it is hoped that the exhibition can be a pointer and solutions to bridge the needs of infocom for our society both suburb and urban. The benefit of CDMA such new variant as CDMA 2000-1X EVDO may be directly see, feel, hear, and enjoyed as an education to people. 3G CDMA comes to bring great momentum to increase telecommunication investment whereas the good policy provides healthy industry platform and competitiveness. Just like our last exhibition, this time will be celebrated by artists, performers, attraction, games and contest whose require knowledge and creativity of CDMA technology development. XII. TERMS AND CONDITIONS A. REGISTRATION FOR EXHIBITOR 1. Fill out exhibitor registration form (form A and B) in details in accordance with the available form. 2. If you are submitting a registration and payment for another company, please fill out the registration form with the appropriate information for the registrant. 3. The deadline for submitting the registration is 7 (seven) days after choosing the booth stand agreed by the organizer. 4. The exhibitor is valid only for payment which is paid in full accepted by the organizer or steering committee. B. PAYMENT CONDITIONS 1. First payment is 50% (fifty percent) of total full-payment, which is paid in submitting the registration to the organizer. 2. Full-Payment or second payment is another 50% (fifty percent) and 10% (ten percent) VAT (Value Added Tax) must be paid before 23 July 2006 to the organizer or steering committee. 3. The exhibitor is invalid if full-payment unpaid until the cut-off date of 18 August 2006 and no refunds will be given for the fisrt payment. 4. Additional request payment is paid directly to the organizer or steering committee together with above payment. C. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellations from exhibitor: a. Cancellations received in details writing with reasons. b. Non Refundable Down Payment for cancellations. c. If cancellations received between 23 July 2006 until 18 August 2006, a penalty will be issued in the amount of 100% (seventy-five percent) of the total payment or contract and no refunds will be given for the paid VAT. d. No refunds wiil be given for all payment if cancellations received after 8 August 2006. 2. Cancellations from Steering Committee/Organizer: a. If cancellations executed in one-sided by the organizer or steering committee, is entitled to 100% (one hundred percent) refunds but no refunds will be given for the paid VAT. b. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued from the organizer or steering committee if cancellations is caused by mistaken exhibitor.

D. FORCE MAJEURE: The parties’ performance under the agreement is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or any other cause beyond the parties’ control. Either party may cancel the agreement without any substitution for any one or more of such reasons upon written notice to other. . E. INSURANCE: To avoid any lost and failure, the organizer or steering committee advice the exhibitor to insure exhibitor’s application, goods, appliances, and other belogings during the 2nd Indonesia CDMA Exhibition 2006.
