Fully Retained Advertised Recruitment A fully Retained Advertised Recruitment is a “beginning to end” approach whereby AME handles all the areas of recruitment. Working closely with our client we draft and post the ads, receive and review applications, interview, shortlist, reference check and facilitate the job offer.

Letterbox Recruitment Receiving over 100 applications for a role can be daunting for businesses of any size. AME offers a Letterbox Recruitment were we simply use our expertise to advertise, sort applications and make our recommendations on who should be interviewed. This is recruitment without the fuss of having to take the calls and read the resumes yourself!

Search Recruitment AME has a database of over 1000 Professionals. We are well connected and are able to tap into those connections to source candidates for roles. We utilise our database to ascertain the interest of potential candidates, and as a referral of potential candidates. This tool enables AME to reach areas of the market that are not actively seeking employment, however may be tempted for the right role.

Contractors AME has a series of skilled contract professionals who are willing to undertake short and long term contracts. AME will cover the “hard parts” such as Payroll, Workcover and Superannuation allowing our clients to simply sign off on the contactors time sheet. This option is ideal should our clients not want another employee “on the books”.

360 Performance Reviews AME undertake a series of 360 degree performance reviews for CEO’s, General Managers and mid-level management. Our expertise includes Local Government, Private Sector, Public Sector and the Not for Profit Sectors. Our 360 degree surveys can also include face to face interviewing of respondents. This allows AME to achieve a greater understanding of the performance and also gives an insight into the themes and feelings of the recipients.

Culture Surveys AME has worked with groups of more than 150 people to review the culture of an organisation. This can be done by form of survey or in focus groups and workshops.

Salary Benchmarking AME has a broad range of salary data from Local Government, Private Sector, Public Sector and Not for Profit Sectors. We actively undertake salary surveys for our clients and are able to benchmark a range of positions and industries. Our experience covers a broad range of positions including CEO’s, General Managers, Board Directors and Chairs.

Contract Reviews AME is able to develop, review and rewrite complex contracts for CEO’s and other positions. We also partner with Leventis Lawyers who are highly experienced in all aspects of employment law and are available if needed.

Organisational Reviews AME is able to undertake Organisational Reviews to determine the structure of an organisation and can advise on the job and person specification of the roles within the structure. We can also develop, review and rewrite position descriptions for all levels of roles.

KPI Development By reviewing contracts, position descriptions and measurable outcomes AME are able to develop specific KPIs in line with the organisations strategic direction. Having a set of measurable Key Performance Indicators is vital to the performance of the individual and the organisation as a whole.

Adam Kennedy, B Com, B Eco, Grad Dip Marketing, MBA, General Manager of AME Recruitment Adam joined AME Recruitment 7 years ago following a successful 14 year career in the private sector. Holding positions in Decision Support Management, Trade Marketing Management and Financial Analysis his experience covered a wide variety of industries including wine, spirits, FMCG, financial services and manufacturing. His recruitment experience is broad and diverse covering many industries with roles being based in South Australia and Interstate. Adam has recruited for listed and unlisted companies, Local and State Government, not for profit organisations and Family Businesses. He is experienced in recruiting from the Board/CEO level through to casual customer service roles. He treats every recruitment as a personal challenge – finding the right person for any role is critical for the success of the organisation regardless of the roles level. Melanie Mansfield, Business Development Manager of AME Recruitment With more than 10 years experience in the recruitment industry Melanie is a “Jack of all Trades”, recruiting candidates into roles within office support, finance and accounting, healthcare, aged care, community services, Not for Profit and Local Government. Starting her recruitment career with Randstad in Adelaide, Melanie managed permanent office support and finance placements until she was promoted to an Executive Management role in Melbourne, where she lead Randstad’s Healthcare and Not for Profit recruitment division. Since returning to Adelaide in 2011, Melanie has specialised in Business Development where she has gained an extensive client following, due to her industry knowledge, customer focus and professionalism.
