Pre-Shipment Inspection

Manufacturer Qualification Under GWI’s supervision, manufacturer qualifications take place by evaluating documents such as GMP/ISO/HACCP, quality questionnaires, and certificates of analysis. In addition, we carefully audit warehouse capacity, equipment, and technique/storage facilities. All QC procedures are meticulously and regularly carried out for both - new and existing manufacturers.

Testing Program All of GWI’s products are tested at its in-house lab in China. We are currently testing mesh size, density, microbial and identification by NIR. In addition to testing the products at our in-house lab, we also send them to a 3rd party lab to verify assay, heavy metal, microbial on a random basis.

Pre-Shipment Our quality control unit has the capability of making inspections prior to the overseas shipment. This pre-shipment inspection will guarantee that all customers receive quality product in a timely manner. Additionally, all products GWI receives in the US are given a second inspection of all quality control requirements prior to shipping to the final destination.

Together with the execution of cGMP, we believe that consistent quality is as important as maintaining exceptional quality. Part of our quality control program includes keeping records of all approved manufacturer origins for our customers. We track the preferred origins per our customer’s request or we keep records of the sample origin that is approved by the customer. We implemented this process to help our customers with their compliance in cGMP.

Customized Shipping Your customized shipping is never compromised. Even with over 10,000 annual shipments, we take all detailed requests from every customer. We carefully record all shipping instructions stated on each purchase order such as documentations, lot number, shelf life and special labels, and we make sure each request is procured. GWI maintains two warehouses located conveniently in CA and NJ, with 10,000+ shipments per year. Our efficient warehouse team keeps up with every same-day shipping order confirmed before 2 pm. It will leave our warehouse the same day!
