The people of this Parish never cease to amaze me with the love and generosity that they show to others. Thanks to our Knights of Columbus for stepping up and purchasing a refrigerator and children's dresser for a family that had lost everything in a fire, thanks to the Angel Tree committee, our staff, and our Pastors for their continued love and support!

Confirmation 2016 December 7th, thirty-seven high school students were confirmed at Holy Spirit by Archbishop Rodi. Thanks to all who participated in this event. Beginning months before, the efforts of Susan Mallet, Evelyn Pope, candidate sponsors and families paved the way for students to receive this gracious outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The night of Confirmation, special thanks to Gina Izer for jumping in to help when it was most needed. Charity Firstone planned a beautiful reception that was brought to fruition by her and a dozen or so volunteers. Thanks also to Fr. Driscoll for shepherding us through the entire process. To the confirmandi, God bless each of you.

This Christmas and New Years Saint Vincent De Paul is requesting donations to purchase Hygiene and Personal Needs Items for Inmates off a Regulated List. The State provides but the allotment runs out before the month is over and our sisters go without. Over 75% of the women are indigent. Please send your donation to SVDP to the Church Office specifying Hygiene Items. Again, thank you for helping us help those in need. Live Truth. Live Catholic.
