Meat platter (serves 10) - £25.00 The meat platter is set on a bed of iceberg lettuce and has slices of roasted ham, roast beef, chicken breast and a salad garnish.
Crudités platter (serves 12) - £12.00 / (serves 20) - £20.00 The crudités platter comes with a selection of seasonal vegetables, salsa, sour cream & chive dips
Mini roll platter (serves 12) - £19.00 The mini roll platter consists of a mixture of white and brown rolls with a selection of vegetarian and meat fillings served with a salad garnish.
Celebrate in Style The New Castle Platters French stick platter (serves 10) - £19.00 The French stick platter consists of 20 half French sticks with a selection of different fillings including half vegetarian and garnished with salad. We can also provide either all meat or all vegetarian if required.
Sandwich platter (serves 12) - £19.00 A sandwich platter of white and brown bread with a selection of different fillings including vegetarian options and garnished with salad. We can also provide either all meat or all vegetarian if required.
Wrap platter (serves 10) - £19.00 The wrap platter has 20 half wraps filled with meat and vegetarian fillings served on a bed of lettuce with tomato and cucumber decoration.
Celebrate in Style The New Castle Platters Salad platter (serves 10) - £20.00 The salad platter has eight different salad bowls including: coronation chicken, beetroot & feta salad, tomato pesto pasta, potato salad, coleslaw, tuna pasta, vegetable cous cous and savoury rice. The salad platter is garnished with lettuce.
Seafood platter (serves 10) - £30.00 The seafood platter is set on a bed of lettuce with a selection of breaded seafood pieces, breaded fish goujons, prawn cocktail, and seafood cocktail bowls and garnished with lemon slices and salad.
Oriental platter (serves 10) - £30.00 The oriental platter consists of mixed meat and vegetable samosas, vegetable and duck rolls, chicken sate sticks, sweet chilli and salsa dips and garnished with salad.
Celebrate in Style The New Castle Platters Cheese board platter (serves 12) - £28.00 The cheese board platter consists of a selection of cheese including: edam, stilton, baby bells, cheddar strips, goats cheese and red leicester and garnished with salad and fruit. The cheese board platter also comes with biscuits, butter and knives.
Whole Salmon platter (serves 20) - £50.00 The whole decorated poached salmon platter is served and garnished on a platter
Sliced fruit platter (serves 10) - £28.00 Our sliced fresh fruit platter has a mixture of fruits including: kiwi, melon, strawberry's, red and white grapes, and pineapple.
The sliced fruit platter has a yoghurt & honey dip.
