Klover has always given the greatest importance to respect for nature, investing in renewable energy sources that safeguard the environment. Wood has always been used for heating, whereas pellets are a “younger” type of fuel, but with very interesting features. They are produced using the remains of wood and without glue or paint, and therefore are totally ecological. The advantages of heating with wood and/or pellets: • these fuels do not add to the greenhouse effect; • clean energy with Klover combustion; • extreme convenience compared to standard liquid and gas fuels; • easy-to-manage product with long pellet-loading intervals.

SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE OPERATION. Control of the water running inside the primary heat exchanger (for radiators) is managed by the electronic control unit, while the water running in the secondary heat exchanger (DHW) is assured by the pressure of the water mains or by the autoclave, if needed.

ZERO PRESSURE. There is no longer the danger of pressure building up if the water boils. The pressure inside the boiler body is zero. The product is equipped with an overflow tube which provides safety in case of boiling, discharging the excess water from the tank.

FONCTIONNEMENT SIMPLE MAIS EFFICACE. Le feu et les fumées chauffent l’eau contenue dans le corps de la chaudière qui, à son tour, cède la chaleur à l'eau qui circule dans les échangeurs (échangeur primaire, en tube d'acier inox diamètre 22 mm, pour l’installation de chauffage, échangeur secondaire, en tube d'acier inox diamètre 14 mm, pour la production d'eau chaude sanitaire). Le contrôle du passage d'eau dans l'échangeur primaire (celui de l'installation des radiateurs) est commandé par la centrale électronique, tandis que le passage d'eau dans l'échangeur secondaire (eau sanitaire) est garantit par la pression de l'aqueduc ou, éventuellement, par l'autoclave.

PRESSION ZERO. Il n'existe plus aucun danger d'augmentation de pression en cas d'ébullition de l’eau. La pression à l'intérieur du corps de la chaudière est de zéro. Le produit est doté d'un tube de trop plein qui garantit la sécurité en cas d'ébullition, en évacuant l'eau en excès par la cuve.

DAS SYSTEM „SICURO top“. „SICURO top“ nutzt das Prinzip des „Wasserbades“, so dass die Gebäudeheizanlage mit geschlossenem Ausdehnungsgefäß erstellt werden kann, das Gerät „SICURO top“ hat hingegen ein eingebautes offenes Ausdehnungsgefäß und damit Null-Überdruck. Das Gerät „SICURO top“ kann als Ergänzung zu einem bereits installierten Gerät (Heizkessel aller Art, auch Wandgeräte mit Gasfeuerung) oder als einzige Heizquelle für die Wohnung eingesetzt werden. Der Kesselkörper mit Wasserkammern besitzt Wärmetauscher-Elemente, die direkt mit der Flamme in Kontakt sind. Der Feuerraum ist geschlossen und hat eine Tür mit Keramikglas. Die Brennkammer ist vollständig von Wasser umschlossen (außer der Frontseite und der Feuerebene). Die Rauchgase werden vor dem Verlassen der Brennkammer durch einen doppelten Umlauf gezwungen und übertragen damit soviel Wärme wie möglich an das Wasser. Es gibt 2 Wärmetauscher, den primären und den sekundären, für die Heizung der Heizkörperanlage bzw. für die Brauchwassererwärmung. Die Wärmetauscher sind in das im Gerät umlaufende Wasser eingetaucht, das in einen Edelstahltank fließt. Dieser hat einen abnehmbaren Deckel, um das gesamte System kontrollieren zu können. Eine speziell für das Gerät entwickelte Magnesium-Anode gewährleistet den Schutz des Kesselkörpers und der Wärmetauscher aus Edelstahl vor Streuströmen und galvanischer Korrosion.

EINFACHE ABER WIRKSAME FUNKTIONSWEISE. Das Feuer und die Rauchgase erwärmen das im Kesselkörper enthaltene Wasser, das wiederum die Wärme an das in den Wärmetauschern zirkulierende Wasser abgibt (primärer Wärmetauscher aus Edelstahlrohr DN 22 mm für die Heizungsanlage, sekundärer Wärmetauscher aus Edelstahlrohr DN 14 mm zur Brauchwassererwärmung). Die Kontrolle des Wasserdurchflusses durch den primären Wärmetauscher (für die Heizkörperanlage) erfolgt durch ein elektronisches Steuergerät, der Wasserdurchfluss durch den sekundären Wärmetauscher (Trinkwasser) ist dagegen durch den Druck der Wasserleitung oder gegebenenfalls durch einen Druckkessel gesichert.

NULL ÜBERDRUCK. Die Gefahr der Druckerhöhung beim Sieden des Wassers besteht nicht mehr. Der Druck im Innern des Kesselkörpers ist Null. Das Gerät ist mit einem Überlaufrohr ausgestattet, das beim Sieden für Sicherheit sorgt, da das überschüssige Wasser aus dem Tank abfließen kann.

EL SISTEMA "SICURO top". "SICURO top" explota el principio del "baño maría" permitiendo tener en casa la instalación a vaso de expansión cerrado, mientras que el producto "SICURO top" es a vaso abierto incorporado y por lo tanto a presión cero. El producto "SICURO top" se puede combinar con un aparato ya instalado (cualquier caldera incluso a gas de tipo mural) o puede funcionar como fuente única de calefacción para el habitáculo. El cuerpo-caldera es de tipo "de cámara de agua" con elementos de intercambio de contacto directo con la llama. El hogar se cierra con una puerta de vidrio cerámico. La cámara de combustión está completamente rodeada por agua (menos la parte frontal y el plano del fuego). Los humos tienen que realizar un giro doble antes de salir de la cámara de combustión transmitiendo así la mayor cantidad de calor posible al agua. Se prevén 2 intercambiadores, primario y secundario, para la calefacción de la instalación de los radiadores y para la producción de agua caliente sanitaria respectivamente. Los intercambiadores están sumergidos al "baño maría" en el agua del producto que confluye hacia el tanque de acero inoxidable, dotado de tapa desmontable para el eventual control de todo el sistema. Un ánodo especial de magnesio, estudiado específicamente para el producto, garantiza la protección del cuerpo de la caldera y de los intercambiadores de acero inoxidable y de la posible corrosión galvánica.

FUNCIONAMIENTO SIMPLE PERO EFICAZ. El fuego y los humos calientan el agua contenida en el cuerpo-caldera que a su vez cede el calor al agua que circula por los intercambiadores (intercambiador primario, de tubo de acero inoxidable, diámetro 22 mm, para la instalación de calefacción, intercambiador secundario, de tubo de acero inoxidable, diámetro 14 mm, para la producción de agua caliente sanitaria). El control del paso del agua en el intercambiador primario (el de la instalación de los radiadores) lo gestiona la centralita electrónica, mientras que el paso del agua en el intercambiador secundario (agua sanitaria) está asegurado por la presión de la red o eventualmente del deposito.

PRESIÓN CERO. No existe más el peligro de aumento de la presión en caso de ebullición del agua. La presión dentro del cuerpo-caldera es cero. El producto cuenta con un tubo de desagüe que garantiza la seguridad en caso de ebullición, descargando el agua en exceso del tanque.

In this way, if the item is not able to produce all of the domestic hot water needed, the 3-way valve shuts the “pellet and/or woodburning side” and opens the “gas-fired boiler” side, ensuring the user all of the hot water required.

Holzseite“ schließen und die Seite „Gas-Heizkessel“ öffnen, damit der Benutzer so viel warmes Trinkwasser zur Verfügung hat, wie er benötigt.
