Greater part of the scientific research work is focused on marketing of non-profit organizations, as well as on research of the attitudes of health service users. Health services are services of high contact which quality largely depends on the level of expertise of health professionals, because the user ignorance in assessing the extent and quality of the service highlights service providers’ responsibility. Survey of the views of service users pointed to the fact that the users’ needs are not experiential and not predictable, while the cost of service may be beyond his control. The user often cannot subordinate his health needs to his ability to pay, and his behavior is based on habits, value criteria, education, perceptiveness, attitudes and beliefs.
