Terms and Conditions
1. A R3000 deposit is required to secure your date which will be deducted off your final invoice; however the deposit is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. 2. The final guest count including all service providers and details must be given to us 14 working days prior to the function date. A full detailed account will then be submitted for payment. Balance of full payment to be made to us 10 working days prior to the function date and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. 3. Music and entertainment to be restricted to acceptable levels, as we have to comply with the local Noise Control. 4. The Venue is a non-smoking venue. Provision will be made for smokers. 5. A completed booking enquiry form is required to book your date. An invoice will be sent to you as soon as the signed booking form has been received. 6. DJ and the photographer plus their assistants need to be included in food numbers. 7. A breakage deposit of R2000 to be paid in cash and will be refunded if there are no breakages, should there be any breakages the costs will be deducted from the deposit. 8. No loud music or drinking out of vehicles will be tolerated. Any guests doing so will be asked to leave the premises.
