Terms & Conditions Deposits/pre-payment: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required. Full pre-payment is required no later than 28 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival will require full pre-payment upon confirmation. Bookings can only be held without a deposit for seven days, after this your booking will automatically be released without prior notification if we have not received written confirmation with the deposit.

Number changes: Reductions or increases in the number of guests in your party will only be accepted if received in writing giving no less than 28 days notice. Upon receipt of your written instruction, an acknowledgement of the change will be sent to you. Please note that an increase in the number of guests is subject to availability and cannot be made without checking availability first. Verbal number changes will not be accepted. In the event of a reduction in your numbers, the hotel reserves the right to charge for any loss of incremental revenue which may include an estimated beverage spend.
