Welcome to the award winning Vermilion & Cinnabar, the most luxurious and unique Restaurant & Bar in Manchester. This opulent three-storey venue is designed by Miguel Cancio Martins(creator of Buddha Bar in Paris and the Alain Ducasse Crystal Restaurant in Marrakech) Miguel designed and furnished the space with a mixture of ultra modern architectural features and beautiful Asian antiquities to create a stunning East Asian fusion dream. Vermilion is overseen by one of Thailand’s most well respected chefs, Chumpol Jangprai, from the renowned Blue Elephant Thai restaurant group. Most interesting of all however is the six ‘cocoon beds’ set around the space, these semi-private structuresenable customers to recline in the utmost comfort and seclusion in the heart of Manchester’s most popular drinking destination.
