Tele Radio has developed radio control systems for more than 55+ years At Tele Radio we develop, manufacture and market radio control systems mainly for industrial use. The company was founded in Lysekil in 1955. From having started as a small company, we have developed into an expansive group. The

main office is in Askim, just outside Gothenburg. The TR group also includes ten subsidiaries in Europe, USA and Asia. In addition to our subsidiaries, we cooperate with resellers and partners worldwide.

THE TELE RADIO PARTNER PROGRAMME Our partner programme has been in lace for a long time. Its purpose is for Tele Radio to offer support and continuous updates to our authorised resellers and partners, in matters about technical solutions, sales, project planning, installation, deployment, service and support. Our partnership has two tiers, authorised resellers, and Tele Radio partners. Authorized Dealers are our representatives responsible for their country, and fulfil our requirements in terms of competence, product knowledge, efficient service and support, and financial soundness. Partners are our representatives for selected segments in a country. Both our Authorized Dealers and Partners are very important to us. Mutual trust is the essence of cooperation between us and our partners. Thanks to them, the presence of our products is strengthened worldwide. They also help us to continually be part of the technological elite, to maintain a

high product quality, to have a skilled and available technical support and to have a logistics function that allows us to deliver the right product at the right time. Our partners are present worldwide. SUPPORT - BACKOFFICE - logistics Tele Radio has several departments with key functions in the cooperation with our partners. They help with technical issues, service and support and take orders. The GSI-group provides support to our partners at installation, deployment and training. Tele Radio’s exchange system means that if a customer has problems with a product a solution will be presented within 48 hours. This is done to maintain the activities of the customers and minimize the risk of downtime.

With dedicated backoffice and order staff you can be sure that your order will be dealt with in a prompt manner. We have logistics centres in Europe and Asia, with stocks at the main office, with our subsidiaries, resellers and partners worldwide. Every day we send hundreds of products to customers worldwide. We know that reliable deliveries are extremely important, so that the right product reaches the right customer at the right time. Therefore, we highly value logistics.

new sales group The New Sales Group is also a key function in our cooperation with partners. They are responsible for sales in countries where Tele Radio does not have subsidiaries. They help you with questions about our radio control systems, applications, sales and deliveries. You are also welcome to contact them if

you are interested in becoming our partner or reseller. The group collaborates with our subsidiaries, resellers and partners worldwide. They contribute with knowledge about our radio control systems and applications, and also visit subsidiaries and resellers when they need help with local activities.
