Order Period October 1, 2010 – September 30, 2011 Qualifications Your 2011 Stocking order determines your dealer status until release of the 2012 Stocking Program.
Stocking Dealer: 2+ Tractors and Attachments Dealer must maintain a display of at least 2 tractors to retain stocking dealer status. One of these units can be a demo model.
Terms and Policies Ordering A) Business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday – Friday) B) Contact Albert or Ivette for order placement
Payment Terms A) Standard Terms are 90 days for open accounts with approved credit or cash in advance. Past due accounts do not qualify for any additional discounts. B) Dealers may apply credit amounts to their account balance only after a credit memo has been issued. Late charges will be assessed at a rate of 1 ½% per month
Shipping A) All products are priced FOB Jacksonville, FL 32258. Any and all freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. This also includes any Brokerage and Import Fees, Duties and special taxes assessed on the importing of such goods if applicable. B) A packing slip will accompany each shipment. Immediately upon arrival, the number of packages received should be counted and compared to the number marked on the packing slip. C) Shipments normally require your signature at the time of delivery. Before you sign, check all packages for damages (e.g. holes or tears in the cartons or crates). Mark any damages on the paperwork before the delivery company leaves, with the paperwork you sign (and file a claim for the damages with the delivery company). D) Any discrepancy should be reported to the driver at the time of delivery and noted on both copies of the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Return Policy A) No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior itemized authorization. B) Merchandise must be new and in original packaging, complete with literature and tools when applicable.
Return Policy Cont. C) Obsolete or superseded merchandise, electric parts, rubber parts and parts under $2.00 dealer cost are not eligible for return. D) Approved goods must be sent to our warehouse within allotted time frame. E) Restocking charge: 20% on all units, parts and accessories. 0% if the return is a result of a GOF error. F) Credit for authorized return merchandise will be issued at the original purchase price, less all prepaid freight and additional discounts taken. Your help in supplying us with original invoice numbers or copies of invoices will aid in assuring correct credit amounts.
Billing A) A statement will be issued each month which will include all transactions invoiced through the last day of the month. B) All orders are subject to approval of our credit department.
Dealer Requirements Gardner of Florida Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any dealer that does not meet the following conditions: 1. Walking Tractors for Personal, Family, or Household Use • The BCS No-Time-Limit-Warranty is on all transmission components on all BCS walking tractors. This includes all components located inside the transmission housing, but excludes the clutch assembly. • All remaining parts on BCS walking tractors, attachments, and free-standing Chipper/Shredders are war ranted for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. •All Engines (Yanmar and Honda) are covered by a separate warranty issued by the individual engine manufacturers. Please refer to the engine warranty for details.
Commercial, Professional, or Rental Use
• A five-year warranty applies to all transmission components on all BCS walking tractors. This in cludes all components located inside the transmission housing, but excludes the clutch assembly. • The remaining components on all BCS walking tractors and attachments are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. • All Engines (Yanmar and Honda) are covered by a separate warranty issued by the individual engine manufacturers. Warranty Cont. For warranty service, contact Gardner of Florida to verify and obtain pre approval for a warranty claim. The warranty registration card needs to be completed and sent to Gardner of Florida within 5 days of the end user purchase. The card can be faxed or E-Mailed to ensure a timely return. This registration can also be completed on line at www.bcsamerica.com . You will be required to show a proof of the date of purchase and the serial number of your product. Transportation of your BCS product to and from the place where warranty service is performed shall be at the customer’s expense and risk. [email protected] . You will receive confirmation that we have received your preapproved warranty claim and it is being processed. You will receive a credit on your Gardner of Florida account once approved and paid by BCS America.
Bid Assist and CO-OP Advertising A program for Bid Assist and CO-OP is not currently available in writing. If you have the need for either of these to assist you in the marketing of BCS products, contact Gardner of Florida with details of what is needed and it will be reviewed by our International Sales Manager.
Dealer Demo Program A) The dealer demo program is only available for stocking dealers. B) Using a BCS tractor is the key to selling it. Gardner of Florida Ltd. makes it affordable for all stocking dealers to demo BCS units. C) All demo units must be ordered at the same time as your initial Stocking Order. D) All demo units will be priced at 30% off Suggested Retail Pricing as shown on the GOF price list. E) All demo units will be labeled “DEMO” before they are shipped. F) All demo units will remain as demo units during the full season or a minimum of 9 months. G) The number of demo units available is limited to one per year.
