Become a Recognized Strategic Brand & Company with Your Target Market Corporate Champion This sponsorship level was created to provide additional opportunities for AHE to collaborate with industry leaders separately from EXCHANGE conference. The Corporate Champion level is a strategic relationship geared toward companies that desire greater corporate visibility with end users and increased member access throughout the year. Corporate Champions assist AHE in fulfilling its strategic mission and vision. 6

Minimum contribution is $25,000. Benefits* may include all or some of the following: Opportunities to customize Corporate Champion benefits based on long-term, near-term, or corporate objectives Limited use of AHE Corporate Champion logo on company marketing (must be approved prior to production, including use on webpages). Licensing agreement provided. Direct mailings to AHE members (mail & electronic) Company logo on the AHE homepage Complimentary associate memberships (maximum of 2) Complimentary copy of AHE Annual Trends Survey Data Results (for year of participation; previous years can be purchased for discounted rate). One (1) representative per company is interviewed. Company logo on conference materials and onsite signage listed as Corporate Champion. Confidential survey e-mailed to AHE members to gauge interest in new product development or services New product market review and/or market testing by select AHE members under non-disclosure

*F requency of benefits is contingent upon level of contribution. Blackout dates apply to some surveys.

Corporate Champion Eligibility and Minimum Financial Commitment: Corporate Champion level is typically reserved for multi-year sponsors already actively engaged and strategically aligned with AHE and are ready to take the next strategic step. However, we will thoughtfully consider Corporate Champion Sponsorship for a new first-time Corporate Champion with a signed agreement for a three-year commitment.

Become a Recognized Strategic Brand & Company with Your Target Market Environmental Services Technicians Certification Program Through proper care and maintenance of the environment, healthcare environmental services (EVS) technicians play an essential role in patients’ experience of care, as well as ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Today’s environmental services teams strive to go beyond just cleaning, disinfecting, and caring for the environment. They seek to create clean and quiet healing environments that lead to improved and quality outcomes.

6 1 0 2 - D 4 1 OL 0 2 S

7

However, to achieve these outcomes, EVS technicians must be well-trained and demonstrate competence in a number of areas. Currently, no nationally-recognized training and certification program that includes an evidence-based cleaning protocol exists. The Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE) can meet this need through the delivery of a three-course training program that focuses on ethical choices and decision-making, critical thinking, evidence-based research, and recommended practice. At the conclusion of the training program, and after having demonstrated the appropriate proficiencies and competencies, EVS technicians would receive certification. FINANCIAL COMMITMENT IS $350,000 *B enefits are listed separately. Please contact AHE for details.

AHE Leadership Institute AHE’s Healthcare Environment Leadership Institute is an exclusive and rigorous three-day education opportunity designed especially for professionals caring for the healthcare environment. These professionals include directors and managers of environmental services including laundry and linen services, waste and pest management and infection prevention nurses and practitioners.

Environmental Services Staffing/Workloading Model Currently, professionals caring for the healthcare environment do not have access to a data-driven, real-time, interactive database that can query multiple data points and recommend an appropriate facilityspecific staffing model. However, such a database is the mostrequested and most-highly sought tool among environmental services directors and managers.

The Institute will provide those who have a strong desire to take on advanced leadership roles in their facility and the industry with an innovative and progressive curriculum through which participants can strengthen and hone the strategic skills needed for these roles. The Institute focuses on the same core materials used to cultivate chief executive officers in hospitals and healthcare organizations through a variety of learning modalities. The program includes face-to-face, instructor-led, online and webinar components.

Based on several years of AHE member data, focus groups, member calls, emails and web postings, concerns about staffing reductions and justifying staffing levels is the number one EVS identified issue. Broadly speaking this issue is also an essential component of the health care delivery system as EVS workers can directly impact patient satisfaction, safety and outcomes as evidenced in HCAHPS scores. Based on all the market intelligence available, AHE’s board of directors has deemed development of a staffing justification model as AHE’s highest and foremost priority.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT IS $150,000 *B enefits are listed separately. Please contact AHE for details.
