The Small Print 1. Sponsorship opportunities and exhibition stand spaces are subject to availability. Sponsorship will be allocated only on receipt of a signed sponsorship or exhibition booking form. An email of confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking. 2. All exhibitor and sponsors are required to go through World Financial Engagement Assessment. World Obesity and WCRF UK reserve the right to refuse a sponsorship offer or exhibition stand space booking. 3. Exhibition stand units will be assigned on a -come, firstbasis and at the discretion of the conference organisers. Exhibition spaces cannot be held until a booking form has been received. 4. Payment for all sponsorship and exhibition stand spaces must be received by 1st August 2016. Any booking not paid in full by this date may be cancelled, and deposits will not be refundable. 5. Printing or inclusion of company logos on materials, website or merchandise is conditional on the organisation supplying the file in the requested format. GIF or JPEG for website display, full colour TIFF or EPS for print. The logos must also be supplied by the deadlines given; otherwise they will not be included in print material. 6. No food or beverage samples, giveaways or refreshments may be provided from any exhibition stand space or from anywhere else in the venue, unless by prior agreement with the Committee (including all requested documentation). 7. All cancellations MUST be made in writing to Natasha Joyner and/or Tom Ingram (address on booking forms). If the cancellation is received before the 15 July 2016 25% of full amount will be charged, from 16 July until 1st August 2016 50% of the full amount will be charged. Any cancellations received after 1st August 2016 will be charged at 100% of the full amount.
