HIKING

Complimentary guided hikes are available for hotel guests every day of the week with varying degrees of difficulty. Please reserve your space by phoning Spa Reservations at (877) 289-7354 or by contacting the Hotel Concierge. Reservations are required; availability is limited. *See the table above for details. Hikes include transportation to and from trailhead locations (six guests). Meet in Hotel Lobby 10 minutes prior to departure. Please note that the minimum age for hiking guest is 10 years of age.

*For safety and guest experience satisfaction, we are limiting the number of participants to six so that we may transport guests to and from the hike, and while we will do our best to accommodate drop-in guests, we request that all guests make advance reservations.

BIKING Morning Bike Tour (11 mile round trip), 8:00am - 10:00am, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Not available on Tuesday and Thursday).

Tour the back roads of the beautiful Sonoma Valley. Vineyards surround you as you ride through the oldest operating vineyard in California. Enjoy a short break as well as a lovely view of the valley. Please book your bike tour by phoning Spa Reservations at (877) 289-7354 or by contacting the Hotel Concierge. Fees apply. Bikes are equipped with packs and water. Helmets are provided and required. Exploring the Dance Between Venus and Mars

In this workshop Wendy will talk about the relationship between Venus and Mars in the birth chart. Venus is the planet that rules love, attraction, affection, creativity and money. Mars is the planet of desire, energy, assertion and male energy. Please bring your birth chart!

Improve Your Game

For all Tennis & Golf enthusiasts as well as weekend warriors. Together we will use strengthening and toning yogic practices, as well as myofascial release work to improve our range of motion in movements.

Introduction to Qigong & Sound Healing

The practice coordinates slow and flowing movement, stretches and deep rhythmic breathing, and visualization and generates a calm, meditative state of mind.

Long held poses (yin) allow for a deep opening in the body. Restorative postures release held tension in the body creating more flow of energy... Both relax the mind and free the breath.

Seasonal Yoga Detox

As the seasons change, it is beneficial to balance our bodies by using the sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda. Each workshop will include pranayama, asanas and meditations designed to help us detox and transition renewed. Please eat 3-4 hours before class and be prepared to sweat.

Sound Healing Journey

Relax and rejuvenate with the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, a 38" planetary Sun gong, bells, chimes, drums, rattles, rain stick, Peruvian whistling vessel, and voice.  The harmonic resonance will permeate every cell in the body, leaving you in a state of bliss..

Yoga for Insomnia

In this class, we will practice asanas, breathing practices and meditation that are geared for helping you fall asleep quickly, sleep more deeply through the night and wake up refreshed.

Yoga of Sound, Healing and Water Yoga

Join us for Gentle Yoga, Chants or Toning in the Yoga Tradition, and peaceful Flute Music or a crystal bowl healing during your Deep Relaxation. The last portion of class will be spent in our thermal pool practicing water yoga.

Your Fluid Nature

Explore the fluid nature of our bodies through the use of balls and foam rollers, to hydrate our connective tissues and to “iron out” our kinks in certain asanas. The last half hour of class we will take our practice to the thermal pool to enjoy water yoga.
