Renowned for its friendliness, Pinebrook has created a feel "at home" atmosphere for its Members and their guests from their first visit. The energetic Golf Shop, Clubhouse and Grounds staff all strive to give the club a 'family' atmosphere.

Pinebrook is financially stable, owned by 500 Shareholders, with an elected Board of Directors ensuring fiscal responsibility and understanding of Members' needs. Volunteer committees assume responsibility for the overall smooth running of everything from the clubhouse to the many tournaments enjoyed by Members.

Equity Memberships: Full membership requires the purchase of an equity share. Each year approximately seventeen to twenty shares, carrying full equity value, are offered for sale at a price determined by the selling Shareholders. To be placed on the waiting list for a share, a prospective Shareholder must pay an Enrolment fee, this is 50% of the last share sold at the time you join the waiting list. This is a non-refundable amount should you choose to drop off the waiting list for any reason. Once on the waiting list, if there are active playing privileges available, you may pay the annual membership dues and have full playing privileges. If there are no active privileges available then the prospective Shareholder may become a Wait List Golfing Social Member and have limited playing privileges until he/she purchases a share. Shares will be offered to you in order of seniority. Once you have agreed on a share price, Pinebrook then charges an Activation Fee. The Activation Fee that is charged is 50% of the agreed share price that you are purchasing, BUT the enrolment fee that you paid to be placed on the waiting list (50% of the last share sold at the time you joined) is credited towards this activation fee.

So you are essentially paying the difference between share value when you join the waiting list and share value when you purchase your share. Our shares are FULL EQUITY, so when you sell your share; you net back what you sell it for. The only part that is forfeited to the club is your enrolment fee.

One Year Trial Annual Memberships: The Pinebrook Board of Directors have decided to give out a very limited number of One Year Only Trial Memberships for the club, which include all the same benefits and privileges of current Pinebrook Members. All of Pinebrook’s facilities will be available to you during the one-year trial period - it is a great way to try out the Club before making a commitment.

Board Approval will be required for all Memberships. Prospective One Year Only Trial Memberships will be based on a first come first served basis to those who submit their completed application and full payment of dues. There are a LIMITED number of Annuals available each year. The One Year Only Trial Membership is only available to new members, and is only eligible once to each family.

Practice Facilities: Pinebrook boasts the finest practice facilities in the city. Members have the use of a full size driving range with a grass practice tee and bunkers. In addition there is a double size chipping green with sand bunkers and three bent grass putting greens. Use of these amenities are included in the annual dues.

Lessons: Our Professional Staff offer Private or Semi-Private lessons for every level of golfer. We feature weekly clinics for Men, Ladies and Juniors and Coaching for the Season which is a program focused on making serious improvements to your game. The program covers all the fundamentals of the game including : 

Driving, Iron Play, Pitching/Chipping, Putting, Bunker Play, Mental Game Management, Set Assessment/Club Gripping and 12 hours of instruction.

We also offer Stroke Analysis, a Mental Management Program and Club Fitting.

Membership Categories: Primary Members A Primary Member is the owner of the share; or the nominee playing on the share. The Primary Member may set up their Spouse and Children to play on the membership by paying their applicable annual dues. The Primary Member has voting privileges at Shareholder meetings and can serve on the Board of Directors. Associate Members A Primary Member can choose to set up their spouse and children as active playing members for the season by paying their applicable annual dues. You may choose to set up your spouse and children on a year by year basis. Each child of a member is eligible to play under their parents share until the age of 34.

Annual Dues: The Annual Dues are charged on your January Statement due in full by the end of February. If you join during the season the dues will be pro-rated. (All prices Include GST)

Lockers are an additional fee: $51.45 for a half locker $78.75 for a full locker per year

NO Monthly Minimums: We have NO monthly minimum in the Lounge and Clubhouse. Included in your Annual dues is a Service Charge which covers all the food and beverage costs for the year. We want you to choose to come and dine in our facility!

Food and Beverage: As a member, you are welcome to use the Club for a private or corporate function of your own; simply contact our Events Coordinator to make arrangements. At the Pinebrook Golf and Country Club we are dedicated to being your ultimate choice destination venue with our first class dining and personalized service, accommodating groups up to 230 people. Our extraordinarily picturesque venue features speechless views of the mountains, river valley and various vistas offering ideal settings for a wedding, corporate tournament, special occasion or meeting/ seminar. Our Award culinary team brings years of creative experience, and offers a very innovative menu to satisfy all your catering needs, as well as customized menu selections. Our upstairs Members Lounge features our Garden Terrace for your finer dining needs as well as our spacious lounge and Mountain View Patio which is perfect for relaxing in after a round of golf. Our Chef creates weekly menu specials as well as feature evenings including live entertainment, theme buffets & menus that are sure to please everyone in the family.

Dress Code: The members of Pinebrook require that all persons using the Club premises be appropriately dressed. Therefore, Pinebrook members and guests are required to honour this policy and our Directors have asked the Golf Shop staff and Clubhouse Management to enforce the following dress code: We consider golf sportswear to be minimum attire. This includes: • Tailored, pocketed dress slacks or shorts that have an inseam of at least 5 inches; • Men’s golf shirts that are tucked in, have sleeves and a collar (dress, polo, turtleneck or mock-turtleneck), with an allowance for Men’s dress shirts that have an even bottom box cut finish with a tailored hem worn un-tucked in Clubhouse areas ONLY and,  Ladies golf shirts that have either sleeves or a collar.  Dress denim will be permitted in the clubhouse only (not on the course or in the Garden Terrace Dining Room) Therefore, we do not permit on our premises:    

Short shorts, halters, T-shirts, sweatpants, tracksuits, workout wear, hoodies, clothing that exposes midsection flesh, logos (other than discreet logos), backwards headgear, denim that is torn, frayed ends, holes or overly faded - must fit appropriately (no painter pants or overalls) cut-offs or any attire of similar nature.

• Take Glenmore Trail westbound to Highway #8 • Drive for 3 km, then turn Right to Lower Springbank Road • At stop sign, turn Left - now on Lower Springbank Road • Drive for another 2 km • Cross 101 Street. Pinebrook is the next left. See "Pinebrook Estates Sign" located at the front entrance. • Turn Left at the front entrance onto Pinebrook Way • Follow that road to the Clubhouse
