DURCHFÜHRUNG - EXECUTION Der NORDISCHE KOMBINATIONS – WELTCUP wird gemäß den FIS-Bestimmungen und dem Reglement für Warsteiner-FIS-Weltcup-Nordische Kombination durchgeführt. The NORDIC COMBINED-WORLD-CUP will be carried out according to the FIS-regulations by consideration of the regulations for the Warsteiner-FIS-Worldcup-Nordic Combined.

ANMELDETERMIN ENTRY TERMS

Meldung der Namen der Wettkämpfer und Funktionäre . Gleichzeitig ist die vorläufige Zahl der Teilnehmer anzugeben. Um Ihnen eine adäquate Unterkunft garantieren zu können, benötigen wir die genaue Personenanzahl, sowie An- und Abreisedatum ihrer Mannschaft bis zum 10.12.2007. Anfallende Stornogebühren, bei Stornierungen nach dem 20.01.2008, werden an Sie weiterverrechnet. MELDEFRIST: 15.01.2008

ACHTUNG - WICHTIGE ÄNDERUNG: Auf Grund einer gesetzlichen Bestimmung dürfen Preisgelder an Rennläufer, die in der Europäischen Union ihre Betriebsstätte haben, nur mehr dann ausbezahlt werden, wenn ihre UID-Nummer auf dem Formular aufscheint. Für uns als Veranstalter bedeutet diese Regelung, dass zum Zeitpunkt der Auszahlung die UID-Nummer bekannt sein muss. Es reicht also auch nicht, sie nachzureichen. Ein Sportler müsste im schlimmsten Fall ohne sein Preisgeld nach Hause fahren. Im Interesse aller Beteiligten bemühen wir uns nun bereits im Vorfeld die erforderlichen Daten einzuholen. Wir bitten Sie daher, uns bis spätestens

10. Dezember 2007 die UID-Nummern Ihrer Sportler bekannt zu geben. Bitte senden Sie uns eine Aufstellung (Name und UID-Nummer) an folgende E-Mail-Adresse: [email protected] Wir bitten Sie um Unterstützung und sichern Ihnen selbstverständlich absolute Diskretion zu.

ATTENTION – IMPORTANT AMENDMENT: According to a legal provision we are only allowed to pay prize remittances to racing participants with branch in the European Union if the VAT identification number is mentioned on the form. That means for us as organisers that the VAT identification number has to be known in the moment of payment and it is not possible to hand it in later. In the worst case a participant would have to leave without his prize remittance. We are already now trying to get the required information in the run-up of the races for the benefit of all participants. Therefore we kindly ask you to provide the VAT identification number of all participants until
