vibe out room if you would like a separate room for child minding, etc, the vibe out room can be booked for you at no additional charge. you will be required to arrange your own child minder (children must not be left unattended at any time), and all kid’s meals will be served direct to the room. the vibe out room is located one level above the ballroom, which allows parents to enjoy the function whilst still being able to check on children throughout the evening.

i do! if you would like to have your wedding ceremony at vibe savoy hotel melbourne, you can hire the spencer room at an additional charge of $550. the room will be set up with 20 chairs and the rest standing room (suitable for 80 guests).

conditions CONFIRMATION: All bookings must be confirmed in writing within fourteen days of the initial booking. Management reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings. DEPOSIT: When you confirm your event, a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 will be required to hold the requested date. CHANGE OF VENUE: In the event of unforseen circumstances or any alteration to numbers, Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne reserves the right to change the venue to another suitable room. Every effort will be made to discuss the change with the organiser well in advance. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made in writing to take effect. NOTICE OF 60 - 31 DAYS: Cancellations made within sixty to thirty-one days of the event date will incur 50 % of the total estimated function cost as quoted. NOTICE WITHIN 30 DAYS: Cancellations made within thirty days will incur 100% of the total estimated function cost as quoted . GUARANTEED NUMBERS: We’ll need to know final numbers seven days before your event. This will be regarded as the minimum number for catering and charging purposes. If numbers fall below eighty persons, a surcharge will apply. PAYMENT: Full pre-payment is required thirty days before your event for the total estimated amount of food, beverage and incidentals. If beverages are to be charged on consumption basis and you do not reach your estimated budget, the outstanding amount will be credited back. Any additional costs must be settled at the end of the evening. MENU SELECTION: Your menu selection needs to be confirmed at least one month before your event. FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Due to licensing laws, no food or beverage may be brought into or taken from the premises by any party. INSURANCE: Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne will take all necessary care, but cannot take responsibility for the damages or loss of items before, during or after an event. PRICE VARIATIONS: We’ll let you know of any unavoidable price changes no later than thirty days before your date. conditions EVENT SURCHARGES: Events falling on a Public Holiday will incur a 15% surcharge to the total food and beverage cost. Events falling on a Sunday will incur a 10 % surcharge to the total food and beverage cost. SAMPLE MENU TASTING: Once you’ve confirmed your event, a sample menu tasting is offered for two people. This takes place Monday - Friday on an evening of your choice, excluding Public Holidays, and is served at Curve Restaurant. The booking and menu for this tasting needs to be advised at least two weeks before the night. It will include a choice of two entrees, two mains and two desserts with one glass of wine per person. LUNCH WEDDING RECPTIONS: Unless we’ve agreed otherwise, the conclusion time of all lunch time weddings is 4.00pm. GST: We’ve already included GST in all prices contained in this wedding kit. CHILDREN: Do not forget the little people. At Vibe, children are very welcome and are specially catered for with a menu designed just for them.
