Civil Wedding Ceremonies & Partnerships The Grand Hotel is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships from 30 people up to 180. Once a date has been agreed with the hotel, independent arrangements should be made with the Registrar who can be contacted on 01792 636 188.
