The new MANNOX surface combines a matt de luxe, black optic with outstanding functional preferences: •
100% corrosion resistance! The new surface is absolutely non-sensitive against rain, humidity, sweat and game blood.

Highest resistance against rubbing! The new surface avoids from abrasion or damaging of the outer metallparts in the daily use through f.e. clothes, backpackslings, etc.
•
Minimum reflection! The matt de luxe, black surface avoids reflections of sun and moon rays. Thanks to that the rifle is not noticeable for the game.

STEYR MANNLICHER PRICE LIST 2014 The 2+1 Safety System
Safe Position In this position the weapon can be loaded and unloaded. The trigger is locked, which prevents unintentionally firing.
Fire Position Just before you intend to shoot, you roll the safety wheel noiseless forward from the Safe Position into the Fire Position.
Optional: Locking Position A button on the safety wheel prevents the unwanted rolling of the safety wheel from the Locking Position into another position. Trigger and bolt are locked. Depressing the bolt into its lowest position additionally locks the fire pin, too. “Set Triggers” are automatically unlocked in this position.
All safety positions can be easily operated, ambidextrous, function noiseless, and are ergonomically positioned on top of the rifle’s pistol grip.
H.C.S.™ the hand cocking system of the STEYR MANNLICHER SM 12® The ergonomic and easy to operate hand cocking system (H.C.S.™) sets new standards for all hunting situations.

STEYR MANNLICHER PRICE LIST 2014 MANNLICHER Safe Bolt System (SBS) The SBS (Safe Bolt System) from STEYR MANNLICHER The STEYR MANNLICHER invention and patented SBS (Safe Bolt System) is said to be the safest Rifleconcept worldwide. The Shooter is always protected against outgoing gas and weaponblasts even in case of unexpected overpressure. This maximum of safety is based on the following: Ice and residue grooves Special grooves machined into the bolt guarantees the reliable operation of the rifle, even under extreme environmental conditions, such as mud or ice.

Bolt head The front locking lugs of the SBS are extremely massive by design, which lock directly behind the cartridge caser into the receiver

Safety Bushing Only the patented SBS uses an additional safety bushing, which fully encases the lugs and extractor. In essence, the shooter is fully protected against escaping, high pressure gases, in case an over pressure round is unintentionally fired. Therefor, the SBS effectively prevents the rupturing of the rifles’s receiver 8

STEYR MANNLICHER PRICE LIST 2014 A n o ver vi ew o f al l t he a dva nt age s Enhanced Safety The magazine can be set to an additional lower position to assure that no round is fed when cycling the bolt. In locking position the set trigger is automatically decocked and cannot be reactivated until the safety is taken off again. The same happens wghen decocking the H.C.S.™ In the locking position the firing pin can be blocked completely by depressing the bolt in the lowest position (only models with 2+1 stage safety) User friendly 2+1 safety. The bolt can only be removed and reinstalled when the safety is on.
Enhanced Reliability All safety related components of the lock bolt are arranged inside and protected against dirt and dust. Absolute reliability at temperatures ranging from +70°C to –40°C. The ice and residue groove on the bolt body also adds to its top functionality even under the most adverse conditions. The SBS front locking system enhances the reliability at high chamber pressures. The four point magazine catch design ensures perfect feeding at all times.
Enhanced Comfort The double-column magazine is easy to load. 70° locking angle only due to the dual lug twin row lockbolt design When the firing pin is secured the bolt handle rests closely at the stock and automatically flips back in position when safety is deactivated. The firing position allows rapid reloading to facilitate a fast follow-up shot if needed.

Following our tradition to innovate, STEYR MANNLICHER takes the challenges of the future and presents with its lead free editions, the first rifles especially designed for today’s standard lead free ammunition. The new barrel profile with six lands and grooves is optimized for solids. The less flexible solids proceed much more evenely into the barrel due to the smaller diameter of the fields. Lead free editions are available for the STEYR MANNLICHER SM12® and STEYR MANNLICHER CL II models, in .30-06 Spr. More calibers to come! For faster recognition, the Laser engravings on the Receiver are green coloured and the serialnumbers start with LF.

STEYR MANNLICHER R E S E T A C T I O N FO R SM12®
With its brand new Reset Action STEYR MANNLICHER sets benchmarks for the safety of modern rifles. An integrated inclination sensor knows when the rifle is moved out of a shooting position and is still cocked. In case the shooter forgets to decock an LED signal drawns the shooters attention to the fact that the rifle is still cocked and unsafe. If the shooter does not un-cock the rifle manually, the RESET ACTION system does that automatically and prevents serious accidents which could occur with a cocked rifle. STEYR MANNLICHER makes a contribution to safety of modern rifles with its RESET ACTION system. An electronic sensor reacts if the rifle is lifted up over an angle of more than 100° or is tilted sideways under 55°. In case of a total flip over where the weapon gets upside down the system decocks immediatly. The power of the RESET ACTION lasts up to 5 years – after that batteries have to be changed. When the batteries are empty the rilfe can be used like every other STEYR MANNLICHER SM12® Reset Action is available for all STEYR MANNLICHER SM12® models. (except SX-models)

STEYR MANNLICHER PRICE LIST 2014 CUSTOM SHOP for STEYR MANNLICHER SM 12® and CL II STEYR MANNLICHER revives the century old, highly exclusive technique of coloured case hardening. The Antique models unite traditional finish with state-of-the-art arms technology. The visually pleasing Antique models comprise a special coloured case hardening finish of housing, bolt handle, breech plug cap, magazine cover, screw base, trigger guard, rear sight base and front sight base.
In addition, barrel and system screws get a blued finish.
Besides the ostensible idea of visually pleasing design, this type of surface treatment entails technical advantages too. The process of hardening causes extremely hard surface conditions of the treated parts, which enteals a higher wear resistance. Components treated this way have a higher resistance against corrosion and mechanical stress.
The “Antique” models combine exquisite design, first class quality, long lifetime and excellent precision in one exclusive rifle. With this novelty we want to accommodate the requirements of our customers with exalted requirements.

MANNLICHER PRO VARMINT The MANNLICHER PRO VARMINT is a new development of STEYR MANNLICHER, which combines high fire rates with the proverbial precision of STEYR MANNLICHER. Thanks to that it’s the ideal rifle for Varmint shooting, training and competitions at the shooting range. The MANNLICHER PRO VARMINT comes with a high precise, fluted heavy barrel in stainless in calibers .222 Rem. And .223 Rem. The barrel in combination with the ventilated fore-end provide an optimum heat exchange in every situation. The MANNLICHER PRO VARMINT is factory equipped with a Picatinny rail (Mil. Std. 1913 rail), which allows easy mounting of different optics and aiming devices. The bolt handle is designed for fast repeating.

MANNLICHER SCOUT
With a total length of 98 cm and a weight of just 3 kg the MANNLICHER SCOUT is extremely light and compact. The locking mechanism is based on the SBS (Safe Bolt System). The three positioned roller safety switch rides on the center line of the tang. Both 5- and 10round (adapter necessary) detachable box magazines may be used. Advanced handling characteristics, a perfect trigger and traditional MANNLICHER precision combined with unbeatable usability make the MANNLICHER SCOUT rifle the ideal weapon system for fast target acquisition and engagement.
The stock features a spare magazine welded into the butt. The receiver includes flip-up emergency sights.
The bipod integrated in the foreend stock can be deployed when needed.

The STEYR HS .50 is a long range, high precision rifle, with an effective range of up to 1,640 yards (1,500 m). It was designed as a single shot bolt action rifle, and is available in the caliber .50 BMG. The STEYR HS .50 features a cold hammer forged fluted barrel, adjustable bipod, and a highly efficient muzzle brake, which reduces recoil substantially to increase shooting comfort. The top mounted Picatinny rail (Mil. Std. 1913 rail) allows quick and easy installation of various optics, or night vision devices. The STEYR HS .50 is designed to field strip easily for transportation or maintenance purposes. Now also available in the new caliber .460 Steyr.

The STEYR AUG Z is the civilian Version of the world-famous STEYR AUG. It is a gas-operated semi automatic rifle with a picatinny rail(Mil. Std. 1913 rail) which allows quick attachment of various optic devices. The “Bull Pup” Design makes it a short handy rifle with high reliability and accuracy. GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT General Our supplies and services shall be governed exclusively by the following terms. Buyer’s purchasing conditions or modifications of the present terms of delivery, as well as any other agreements shall not be binding on us unless we have accepted them in writing.
Offers Our offers are non binding; together with relevant enclosures, samples and descriptions they are our property and may not be reproduced or made accessible to third parties without our consent. We are free to demand their return at any time, and such return shall be effected without our request if the buyer places his order elsewhere.
Conclusion of contract The Contract is deemed to be concluded when upon receiving an order we have dispatched a written acknowledgement of order. Modifications and additions to the Contract as well as verbal promises made by our representatives are not binding unless confirmed by us in writing. Should import or export licences, foreign exchange permits or similar permits be required for the fulfilment of the Contract, the customer shall undertake all reasonable efforts to obtain the requisite licences or permits in due course.
Prices and payments All prices are quoted in Euro, excluding value added tax ex-works. Loading, transport costs, transport insurance and expenditure for environmental protection shall be invoiced separately. We reserve to raise our prices adequately if after the conclusion of the contract cost increases occur, especially when caused by price increases at our suppliers’ end or by fluctuations of the exchange rate. Payment is due promptly upon invoicing without any deduction. Cheques will be accepted on account of performance. We reserve to perform deliveries against advance payment or C.O.D. only. The customer shall not be entitled to withhold payments owing to warranty claims or other counterclaims not recognised by us. In case of default of payment we shall be entitled to interest at 5 % above the three-months EURIBOR, as well as to a dunning charge of 10.- Euro per reminder and the refund of lawyer’s fees in the context of dunning notices.
Minimum Order Values For orders received below an invoice value of € 40, excl. VAT a minimum order sum of € 40, is charged.

STEYR MANNLICHER PRICE LIST 2014 For the handling of returns a handling fee of € 40, per returned item is charged. Excluded from this are returns in the context of warranty claims.
Reservation of ownership Until full payment has been made, including any subsidiary claims, the goods supplied shall remain our property. The right of property shall pass to the customer only after the latter has fulfilled all his liabilities with us. In the event of a resale our reservation of ownership shall extend to the customer’s claim arising from such sale, which shall be transferred to us. If the client collects the claim himself, this is done on a purely fiduciary basis, and the claim so collected shall be transferred to us up to the amount of our demands. We shall be entitled, at any time, to inform the buyer (who upon our request shall be named to us by the customer) of the assignment of the claim and to request him to make payment to us. The customer may not pledge the reserved goods or transfer them by way of security. The customer shall be obliged to inform third parties in the event of the reserved goods being pledged or seized, to notify us without delay and to support us in the defence of our property rights. The customer shall irrevocably authorize us to procure the reserved goods at any time even without legal aid in case the customer commits a violation of the Contract.
Delivery periods The stipulated delivery times are decisive for determining the date of delivery ex-works. The delivery time shall be reasonably prolonged if the customer does not honour his obligations or if unforeseen or extraordinary events or events arising through no fault of ours occur in our works or the works of one of our sub-suppliers, such as war, mobilization, natural disasters or strikes. A delivery date shall not be deemed fixed unless it has been explicitly designated so in writing. If we defer delivery for more than eight weeks, the customer may rescind the contract after a reasonable extension fixed in writing, excluding any further claims.
Passage of risk The risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods ex-works to the customer or the carrier, its agent or other persons named to us. Should delivery be deferred or become impossible without any fault of ours, the passage of risk shall coincide with the notice of readiness for dispatch.
Cancellations We shall not accept the cancellation of firm orders which have been produced specially on account of their design or quantity, unless there a legal grounds for a rescission. For cancellations concerning standard goods we charge a fee of 20 % of the net invoice value. If any changes occur in the person of the customer, or if following the conclusion of the contract we learn of facts which in our view impair the creditworthiness of the customer, and if the customer refuses to make advance payment or to provide security, we shall be entitled to rescind the contract.

Warranty .1.
Under warranty as provided by law we declare that our products are free from defects as corresponds to the state-of-the-art, that all services rendered by us are free from deficiencies in title and fully comply with the contractual characteristics.
.2. The warranty period shall be two years from the delivery. .3. If within such period the customer detects any defect, he shall report it to us in writing without delay but no later than one month from its recognisability, accompanied by a detailed description of the fault and appropriate delivery documents. Failure to report within the above period shall entail the loss of any warranty claims. In the event of no complaint being lodged or a complaint not being lodged in due time, the goods shall be deemed to be accepted. In such event, no claims for warranty or damages or pleads of error connected with defects can be granted. This restriction shall not apply to consumer contracts. .4. Defective goods shall be returned to us. .5. Defects shall be remedied in the following order: 1. Repair 2. Replacement of the defective part 3. Replacement of the defective goods 4. Price reduction We reserve the right to decline the repair or replacement of goods, offering a price reduction instead or – in the case of defects not classified as minor ones as per § 932 par. 4 ABGB (Civil Code) – cancellation of sale, if the repair or replacement would be impossible or would mean a disproportionate expenditure for us. .6. The repair of a defect shall not have the effect of prolonging the warranty period. .7. No responsibility will be accepted for defects known to the customer or patent defects. Nor will any warranty be granted for defects caused by wear and tear or abrasion due to operation and normal use, by inappropriate use or operating errors or by the fact that serial numbers have been removed. If the customer continues to use the goods despite his knowledge of a cause for cancellation of sale, this shall constitute a waiver of warranty ex post facto which shall exempt us from any obligations in that respect. .8. Unless otherwise provided for in the present clauses, any further claims of the customer – under any title whatsoever – shall be excluded. We therefore shall not answer for damages not arising from the object of the delivery itself; this shall apply particularly to loss of profits or other damage to customer’s property. This exclusion shall also extend to claims for in contrahendo fault, violation of accessory obligations and producer’s liability. Likewise, we shall not accept liability for incorrect information in brochures, catalogues and other written material. This release from liability shall not apply if damage has been caused intentionally. In case we have negligently violated a substantial contractual duty, our obligation to render compensation for damage to property or persons shall be limited to the scope of our product liability insurance. In any case, the obligation to render compensation shall be restricted to damages foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion. In the case of consumer contracts, § 1298 ABGB shall apply regarding the burden of proof. Moreover, the restriction of liability 102
STEYR MANNLICHER PRICE LIST 2014 shall not be applicable to personal injury in the case of consumer contracts.
.9. The above exclusions and limitations of liability shall be ineffective for claims covered by product liability law or in instances of initial incapacity or impossibility to perform for which we are answerable. Any exclusion or limitation of our liability shall extend to the personal liability of our employees, workers, collaborators, representatives and persons employed in performing an obligation. The Product Liability Act (PHG) shall apply with the limitation that in our relationship with the customer we are exempt from reimbursement according to the PHG. The customer shall be obliged to pass this exclusion on to his clients, to avoid possible recourse. Liability for slight negligence shall be excluded. .10. Consumers shall be covered without restrictions by the legal warranty regulations of the ABGB (Civil Code) in conjunction with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Unlawfulness of assignment and set-off The customer shall not be entitled to assign to third parties his claims arising from this contract. Furthermore, he shall not be entitled to set off our demands against any counterclaims. By contrast, any clauses contained in the General Business and Purchase Terms of our customer and relating to the unlawfulness of assignment and all other contract clauses concerning the assignment of debts shall be null and void.
General clauses Our contracts shall be governed by Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the court competent for our works in STEYR and having jurisdiction over the subject matter . The order will be handled with the aid of automatic data processing. The customer shall grant his express consent to the processing of the data obtained by us within the framework of our contractual relations and required for the handling of the order. In the event that any provision or provisions of these General Business Terms is or becomes ineffective, or if the present contract text fails to provide regulation in a particular matter, the parties to the contract shall replace or complete the ineffective or incomplete provision or provisions by some other adequate regulation, striving to come as close to the economic purpose of the intended regulation as possible. The validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.
