Prices and VAT are correct at the time of printing. If circumstances mean that you are VAT exempt or a registered charity you will need to complete a VAT exemption form prior to purchasing. To request a form please contact the Impey Showers head office.

Impey Showers Limited guarantees its range of branded showering products against faulty materials or manufacture for a Lifetime, provided that they have been installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Placing an order All orders must be confirmed by fax, post or email. If the order is received before 2:30pm Impey endeavour to deliver stock orders the next working day. A Saturday morning delivery is possible, but at an additional charge. Contact Customer Services for further details. Non stock / special orders For non stock and special order items delivery time scales may be extended. Our sales team can confirm a delivery time when you place your order. Supply of special option doors is typically 3-5 working days. Please note that special order items are non-returnable. Payment Accounts payable 30 days from date of invoice to approved customers. Cheques are to be made payable to Impey Showers Limited. Most credit and debit cards accepted. Carriage charges Carriage is included on all orders over £150.00 excluding VAT. (UK mainland only) Deliveries All orders are despatched using a fully insured carrier service. We can arrange delivery anywhere within the UK provided we are supplied with a full postal address and contact telephone number.

The guarantee extends to non-electrical products in general use and excludes normal wear and tear. For products such as taps, shower valves, bathroom accessories, waterproofing and electrical products, the standard manufacturer’s guarantee will apply. Where products included in the Lifetime guarantee are used for commercial use, such as hospitals, nursing homes or hotels, a 5 year guarantee will be applicable. Parts that are defined as wearing parts, such as seals, seat pads etc, are subject to a 5 year guarantee. If in our opinion the product has been modified, neglected, misused or is the subject of accidental damage the guarantee will not be applicable. Impey Showers Limited has a policy of continuous improvement and therefore reserves the right to revise or amend the specification of any product without notice. In situations where a product has failed, subject to the terms of the guarantee, and a direct replacement is no longer available, Impey Showers Ltd will replace it with the nearest equivalent product. The liability of Impey Showers Limited does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from the defective product and is limited to the price of the original goods supplied by Impey Showers Limited. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Return policy Every care should be taken when placing your order, but should your goods be deemed unsuitable, we will happily arrange a collection within 30 days of date of invoice, providing your goods are still packaged as new. A small fee may apply for this service and special order items are exempt from this policy. Step 1: Shower Floors

Step 2: Drainage

If you require level access then creating a wetroom floor using a floor former is the ideal solution.

Provided that the drainage can be recessed into the floor, you can have any of the Step 1 options. Waste gullies for gravity drainage are supplied as standard, but we also offer alternative waste gully options including pumped drainage – see pages 52-53.

Ideal for wooden or solid floors

Level-Dec wetroom floor formers are the easiest way to provide the gradient for efficient drainage of a wetroom floor – see pages 8-11

For situations where the waste gulley cannot be recessed into the floor we have the Mendip range of trays, where the waste gully is housed in the base of the tray.

The LD5 features a structural upstand as part of the design. This is essentially a raised border on 2 sides, which allows the drain to be positioned as close to the corner as possible, whilst maintaining strength and rigidity. The structural upstand of the LD5 must not be trimmed as this will affect its structural integrity.

LEVEL-DEC ADVANCE Making installation even easier Level-Dec Advance solves the potential installation problem of the drainage point being obstructed by joists within timber floors. A unique and revolutionary Impey drainage feature allows the installer to rotate the drainage point through 360° to any position that will avoid the joist, or other under floor obstructions.

All Level-Decs are supplied with a WSF1/H floor gully within horizontal outlet as standard, which is designed for vinyl floors, for alternative drainage options see page 52. Wetrooms can also be fitted with tiled floors using a waterproof membrane and a range of drainage options - please see our website for details.

Simply place the Level-Dec Advance where it will be installed and if the trap gully position interferes with a joist, just rotate the centre section until the trap is clear of it and fit the gully.

LEVEL-GRADE The alternative solution Level-Grade provides a quick and easy alternative way of creating the perfect gradient for concrete solid floors. Colour coded modular sections quickly click together to form a matrix that you simply fill with screed.

Chase out the sub-floor to accommodate the waste trap and pipe work.

First you locate the 600mm square starter section and mark the position of the feet and waste trap.

Assemble and fit the remaining sections, ensuring that each section is level.

Please note that when installing you will need to refer to the full fitting instructions, which are included in every Level-Grade pack 600mm

Fill the matrix with a fairly dry mixed screed and float over the surface so that the ridges of the Level-Grade are just visible. Note: shuttering required when filling the screed area.

Impey Bath Adapter for Lifetime Homes Making installation even easier The government initiative to provide sustainable homes means that those involved with the development of new housing need to consider the impact, both on the environment and the changing needs of the tenant. The lifetime homes* standard will become a mandatory part of the code for sustainable homes and one of the criteria to meet this standard is the provision of drainage that enables a shower to be fitted in the future. The Impey bath adapter allows you to install a wetroom floor, with a bath above to meet the needs of tenants today, whilst allowing for a simple and economical conversion to a level access wetroom, to suit future requirements.

Shower trays We offer a wide range of shower trays to suit all types of applications. Our Slimline 35 shower trays are only 35mm high to provide easy access and they are also available with a ramp, which is ideal for wheelchairs. Our Mendip range is designed to house the waste gully beneath the shower tray, which is ideal for installations where the floor cannot be breached. All Mendip trays include a factory fitted waste trap The compact above ground waste has a swivel outlet for drainage positioning. It has a 40mm outlet and a 50mm water seal. Designed to be used with single feed instantaneous electric showers and medium flow mixer valves.

SUPREME SLIDING/FOLDING DOORS Sliding Doors Sliding doors are usually specified for alcove configurations (although there are folding options available). Folding Doors Folding doors are usually specified for corner configurations and are available with 400mm wide fixed panels and floor to ceiling support pole. Bi-folding doors are particularly suitable for confined spaces and our patented 360o full length intermeshing hinge provides greater strength, rigidity and water resistance. All doors have magnetic closing seals with 180˚ rise and fall wall hinges, to lift the flexible floor seal when opening and closing. Hinges on our folding doors are a 360° full length intermeshing design for greater strength. Sliding doors have easy-glide nylon runners, plus they can be easily separated for thorough cleaning.

CUBICLES The easiest solution Impey cubicles can be quickly and easily installed with very little site preparation required. They are also the ideal solution for non-permanent adaptations. Each cubicle is purpose built to exact requirements with compact designs to accommodate a shower, hand rails and a shower seat, or larger sizes that contain a complete washroom, including a W/C and handbasin.

PUMPED DRAINAGE Shower Waste Pump Kits can be fitted when gravity drainage is not an option. The pump is activated by a flow switch installed in the water supply to the shower. When the shower is turned on water passes through the flow switch, activating the pump.
