Community Care is an integral part of the Life Span Services Business Unit, which helps support the frail aged, younger people with disabilities and people living with dementia. The Transport Co-ordinator is a pivotal role in Community Care service provision, with Community Transport being a key component to facilitate efficient and safe service delivery to vulnerable members of the community. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required as this position is responsible for a variety of complex duties. Your success in this role will be demonstrated by addressing the following criteria: The ability to research and develop innovative transport models and strategies for the delivery of efficient and cost effective services Highly developed customer service skills, with the ability to foster a positive customer service culture and team focused work environment Proficiency in the application of Microsoft Office and specialised software systems The ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in line with a values based organisation Creative thinking and conflict resolution skills A genuine interest in people and caring for the community The salary for this position will be negotiated from $67,829.30 to $79,302.30 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus up to 15% superannuation.
