Questions from September 14th, Teleconference • No questions raised from the September 14th, 2010 Vendor Teleconference Updates • CCIM timelines remain the same • CCIM Portal is available without a username and password. Vendors can access CCIM Portal at www.ccim.on.ca • To request access to the IAR vendor test environment or if you have any other vendor questions email the IAR support centre at [email protected] Vendor Integration and Organizational Funding Model • Purpose is to communicate business and technical requirements for integration to IAR • Includes two (2) Statement of Work (SOW) templates for vendors to submit to the Health Service Provider they support. o The first SOW template is for initial development work for the first installation a vender performs for an assessment at an HSP, and should only be used one time per assessment type. o The second SOW template is for upgrades made at HSPs after the initial upload assessment-specific schema has been developed • The maximum available funds for initial development work for the first installation at an HSP (SOW #1) is $17,000.00, inclusive of HST • The maximum available funds for additional installations of assessment upload software at subsequent HSPs (SOW #2) is $2,000.00, inclusive of HST Vendor Questions • Where should vendors send questions? o [email protected] • Question raised asking if SOWs are required for historical uploads o Yes, historical uploads should be included in the development work for the SOW for initial development work for the first installation at an HSP • Question raised asking if historical uploads will be necessary for assessments other than the OCAN 1.0 and RAI MH o Yes, historical assessments will be required for other assessments, specifically the details for the RAI Community Health Assessment (RAI CHA) will be discussed at the Community Support Services Common Assessment Project (CSS CAP) vendor call • Noted that OCAN 2.0 / IAR upload requirements are incorporated in the CMH CAP – OCAN 2.0 specifications document • Question raised regarding the support CCIM will provide to vendors currently developing the upload schema for the OCAN 1.0
