4 TYPICAL APPLICATION Long-time charging of plug-in hybrid and EV, scooters, electric bicycles, etc. as well as overnight charging in private or controlled area e.g. garage, car port or other sheltered areas. The charging station is pre-assembled and ready for installation. The typical electrical and electronic components for charging electric vehicles are included. The usual electrical installation of the garage (16A, 1-phase) can be used as power supply for the box. A counter for the discharged electrical energy is pre-installed in PC300. The data of the counter is stored in the platform ETSweb (This requires an active Internet connection, LAN or GSM/GPRS).

Note: The charging station must be installed by qualified personnel, according to the specific laws of your country. Usually, it is necessary to have an RCD for the circuit in your distribution box. If there is no RCD, it is necessary to have at least a suitable circuit breaker in the distribution box for the supply line.

5 DIMENSTIONS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION The charging station can be mounted with standard mounting hardware and tools. The supply line for the power supply must have at least a conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm² (16A). The power supply can be clamped onto 2 the back of the box (up to 4mm ). ATTENTION: N + L must be connected correctly; otherwise the counter will not work properly 5.1

COMMISSIONING AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

After applying the supply voltage, the gas station takes about 1 minute to boot up the program. Standby for charging and all other states are signaled by the green LEDs. 5.2

GSM COMMUNICATION

In the PC 312, 321 a communication unit is installed. This unit will attempt to connect to the central office after switching on GSM/GPRS. This connection may take a few minutes the basic function of charging is not affected by this.

6 COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION Step 1 Check correct installation; turn on the parent RCBO switch (N + L must be connected correctly; otherwise the counter will not work properly) Step 2 Turn on the RCBO switch on the charging station* Green LED lights up after 1 minute The charging station is ready to use Step 3 Connect the vehicle, Red LED lights up - green LED goes off - vehicle is charging Step 4 Register at www.enio.at and get a full overview of your charges and vehicles 6.1

TROUBLESHOOTING

With the PC 300 you have purchased a product that was built with state of the art technology and is safe to operate. The software of the charging station can be kept up to date with remote maintenance by the operator of the charging station. The following guide can help you fix the most common problems that may occur. Error

Green LED doesn’t lit

Red LED doesn’t lit Green LED doesn’t lit

Possible cause

Solution

No power

Check parent RCBO switch

RCBO in the charging station is switched off

Turn on the RCBO switch in the charging station

Vehicle is not connected

Make sure the vehicle is connected correctly to the charging station

Software error

Turn RCBO off and on again in the charging station. Wait 1 minute until the green LED lights up. Re-connect vehicle.

Vehicle error

Check charging function of the vehicle with the vehicle charging cable

No GPRS reception

Check GPRS reception at installation. A1 should be available. If there is no GPRS coverage available, a connection through LAN RJ45 is possible.

SIM card expired (0 credit balance, prepaid SIM empty), contract cancelled.

Check with A1 (Telekom) operators on the validity of the SIM card.

LEDs functioning correctly, but charging doesn’t start

Charging station doesn’t send data to the server. Charges are not evident.
