As soon as your electronic vouchers have been charged on your Sodexo account, you can use your Sodexo Card® at your favorite sales outlet.

Transactions are confirmed using your PIN code!

Your Sodexo Card ® is a chip card. Therefore, it: • is strictly personal; • can be used as a bank card; • is linked to your Sodexo account. This means that in case of loss or theft, you do not lose money!

How can I modify my PIN code? 1. Call the Consumer Service at 02/547.55.02 (24/7) and choose the option 4 “Manage my PIN code”; 2. Keep your Sodexo Card® and the document with PIN/ PUK codes at hand and follow the instructions of the vocal server.

Did you modify your PIN code by telephone (vocal server)? If this is the case, your new PIN code is not active yet, you still need to active it during your first following payment at the payment terminal.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY NEW PIN CODE AT THE PAYMENT TERMINAL? It’s an automatic procedure that will take place during your next purchase. The validation of your purchase will need your old PIN code. Note that it is very important to carefully preserve the documents with PIN/PUK codes. Once you have done your first purchase, you will be able to do your following transactions with your new PIN code.

Can I deactivate my PIN code?

Yes, you can request the deactivation of your PIN code. This implies that your future transactions will not be validated with a PIN code. By consequence, these transactions will be less secured (especially in case of loss or theft). 1. Call the Consumer Service at 02/547.55.02 (24/7) and choose the option 4 “Manage my PIN code”; 2. Keep your Sodexo Card® and the document with PIN/ PUK codes at hand and follow the instructions of the vocal server; 3. The deactivation will automatically be activated during your first following purchase with your old PIN code.

3. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ELECTRONIC VOUCHERS? The Sodexo Card® is Sodexo’s digital solution for the electronic vouchers. If you currently receive electronic vouchers from your employer, these will now be charged on your Sodexo account. Your Sodexo Card® will enable you to spend them.

VIEW HISTORY AND BALANCE ON YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH: • Your secured area: Sign in via www.sodexo4you.be; • Our interactive telephone service: 02 547 55 02; • Your transaction receipt or check-out receipt after paying for your purchases with the Sodexo Card®; • The payment terminal screen if your account does not have sufficient funds; • An e-mail* relating to the crediting and expiring of your electronic vouchers;

Receiving your electronic vouchers: • The value of your electronic vouchers will be automatically credited to your Sodexo account; • Every time new electronic vouchers are credited on your Sodexo account, you will receive a notification via e-mail informing you of the new amount credited, the validity start date and the balance on your account; • You will receive a notification via e-mail, informing you of the amounts which are due to expire within a certain amount of time(*).

4. SPENDING MY ELECTRONIC VOUCHERS WITH MY SODEXO CARD® •

You can use your Sodexo Card® via the payment terminal present at the cash desk in all sales outlets which accept the electronic vouchers of Sodexo on the Sodexo Card®. Such outlets can be easily identified thanks to the Sodexo Card® sticker at the entrance of the shop/restaurant and/or on the payment terminal;

Your e-Lunch Pass® may only be used for “food-related” purchases (meals or food items);



Your expenses with e-Eco Pass® can be used exclusively for the purchase of ecological products/services. (cf. List of allowed products on www.sodexobenefits.be);



Expiration date: The electronic vouchers are available for use once credited and can be used as from the first day of their validity period (as indicated in the upload e-mail notification), for a period defined by the law (12 monhts for e-Lunch Pass® and 24 months for e-Eco Pass®);



Separated accounts : your Sodexo Card® does have one account for each type of voucher (1 account for e-Lunch Pass® and/or 1 account for e-Eco Pass®). By each transaction you have to choose the type of voucher you want to pay with (e-Lunch Pass ® or e-Eco Pass ®). The transactions and informations (balance and history of the account, expiration date, etc.) are always exclusively related to one type of voucher;



To pay with your Sodexo Card ®, you simply have to mention that you wish to pay with your card and specify with which type of voucher you would like to pay. Then you proceed as you usually would with a standard payment card;

During transactions, the older vouchers on the account will be debited first (First In First Out system);



The amount of the transaction will be deducted from the total balance available on the account, regardless of the nominal value of the vouchers;



After each transaction, and if the merchant has integrated this information in his cashier system, you will receive a receipt mentioning the total amount of the transaction, the remaining balance on your Sodexo account and the amount and expiration date of vouchers due to expire soon (these informations are exclusively linked to the type of voucher with which you have executed the transaction).

5. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF: Lost or stolen? In case of lost or stolen card, vplease notify Card Stop au on 070 344 344, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and specify if there is a risk that your PIN code isn’t secret anymore; • Card Stop will contact Sodexo directly to have your card blocked; • Once the card has been blocked, no further electronic transactions can be made; • Once Sodexo has been notified, your new PIN/PUK codes and replacement card will be generated. The expiration date of your electronic meal vouchers, which were still valid at the moment your card was blocked, will be extended in consequence.
