The go forward commerce solution is clearly hybris, therefore over time, we’ll give customers the option to consider

migrating away from our Web Channel product that we have now into the hybris solution. But we’re positioning hybris as the right answer. That team is intimately involved and will help on the deeper

integration of hybris into SAP ERP because they have a lot of good expertise as to how that works. Jonathan Becher | SAP CMO Redefining the future of commerce August 6, 2013 http://sapve.sap.com.edgesuite.net/public/?1386 5© CoreMedia | 16 October 2013 | 5

The future of WCEM and eCommerce at SAP Ú SAP has issued the following information related to WCEM Ú  hybris is “the” Commerce solution for SAP Ú  The Commerce team at SAP is now supporting hybris in providing a deeper integration into the SAP backends Ú  WCEM will be supported until 2020, in line with the support obligations

Ú CoreMedia’s read on this Ú  WCEM is now in maintenance mode and we do not expect new feature releases (beyond the announced service pack) Ú  It will take a significant amount of time until an integration of hybris with SAP ERP and CRM is on par with the current WCEM integration e.g. Ú  Product Configuration Ú  Services 20 © CoreMedia | 16 October 2013 | 20
