With over 10 years of experience in event and wedding coordination, I Do Events have a thorough understanding of the wedding industry, particularly in the Whitsunday region. I Do Events have a wealth of knowledge on quality local suppliers and utilise this to engage the services of those suitable for your individual needs, saving you valuable research time. At times, our strong working relationships with suppliers may entitle discounts and it is our guarantee that these discounts will be passed onto you; the client. Following are the range of options available to Elope in the Whitsundays.

ELOPE PERFECTLY - $4, $4,150 Elope to Whitehaven Over $300 of complimentary inclusions!

This package contains the essential elements to Elope to Whitehaven Beach; Flight transfers, Celebrant, and Wedding Coordinator, as well as other popular inclusions for your Wedding; luxury transfers to and from the airport, Bride’s Hair & Make Up, Bouquet & Buttonhole and a simple Photography Package. In addition, you will be supplied with a list of Industry Contacts to help you on your way. Comprising accommodation and much more, this valuable tool will give you everything you need to commence planning the remainder of your special day.

PRICE LIST TERMS PRICES Packages and prices are subject to change Prices are inclusive of insurance and GST OTHER FEES AND CHARGES Packages are inclusive of coordination only, along with any other specified items Other sourced suppliers, products and services are at an additional cost Public holidays will incur a surcharge of minimum 20% (This will only be charged if coordinator assistance/attendance is required on the public holiday and will only be charged for the hours on that day)

BOOKING TERMS PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit of $600 + one night accommodation (if accommodation is required though your wedding package) is required at time of booking. Additional non-refundable deposits may be required for other add-on’s. Final payment is required one month prior to your wedding date ADDITIONAL FEES Any additional travel required to coordinate clients requirements will be charged at the applicable rate, to cover costs incurred by I Do Events on your behalf. Additional fees may be charged for coordination requests outside of what is included in your coordination package. If a request will incur additional fees this will be advised to you and approved by you, prior to I Do Events proceeding with the request. In the case of forced changes to transport and/or ceremony venue due to weather or for any other reason, a new pricing structure will be advised to accommodate revised transport and/or venue. This could be more or less than the original booking, and in most cases several varying price options will be given. In the case of being less, a refund will be given or you may be given option to select new services and products to that value. In the case of being more, the additional payment will be required prior to commencement of events. Availability and price of revised products and services are not guaranteed until client has confirmed their go ahead of the new option. For example, the Seaplanes are sometimes unable to travel due to weather, wind and/or sea conditions. In this case, we can seek availability of helicopters for your travel to and from Whitehaven, though helicopters will usually be at a higher price. This option may be given to you, or if you do not wish to pay any more, you will also be given options to have your wedding ceremony on a mainland location where air travel, therefore additional payment, is not required. All requirements must be confirmed by the client in the specified time frames given. Any work resulting from late advice from the client (based on given time frames), will be charged an additional $55 per hour. Any work in the final fortnight leading up to your wedding resulting from late advice from the client, will be charged an additional $110 per hour. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES If your coordinator is unable to fulfil booked duties due to unforeseen circumstances out of the control and not by fault of I Do Events Whitsundays, a refund will only be applicable to a value deemed suitable by I Do Events Whitsundays or a refund may not be applicable at all. CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancelling requirements with I Do Events Whitsundays with more than one month notice, your required deposit will be retained along with any other amount charged by I Do Events, to cover work to-date or additions added to your wedding package (i.e. accommodation). Other suppliers booked in conjunction with your package may also pass on cancelation fees of their choice. In the event of cancelling requirements with I Do Events Whitsundays with less than one month notice, the total amount of your booking will be retained. If any portion of these fore-written booking terms are not met, I Do Events Whitsundays retain the right to refuse service
