Notice was also filed with the Township Clerk of Little Falls, the Borough Clerk of Totowa, and the Business Administrator of Woodland Park and sent to those persons requesting that such notice be mailed to them.

Based upon a need to take emergency action due to the absence of a business administrator the superintendent recommends that Mr. Ernie Turner be appointed Board Secretary for a period of 2 months effective September 8, 2015. Mr. Turner will provide service two (2) days per week at a per diem base rate based upon $140,000 per annum.
